Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Little Rock, an IHG Hotel

Needed a bed and clean room while traveling. Was able to get a room here and the price was reasonable. The room was clean and the AC cooled nicely on a 100 plus day.

I’m giving this rating due to the manager Janice, she is such a AMAZING person and very helpful, every time I see her she is very pleasant and she is always smiling when she looks at the guests. She makes the stay at this establishment much nicer knowing that she will go above and beyond for the guests. She is a major asset to the company and we appreciate her kindness and her professionalism.

Loved the girls at the font desk! Too sweet! The rooms were clean, the pool looked nice, though I didn't swim, and who can beat pancakes at midnight?! (An August special) Breakfast was great too! The rooms have thick curtians to hide the lights from the other gas stations and hotels. I didn't hear any noise through the night. I enjoyed my stay!

While on vacation coming from the Phoenix area, our radiator on our Jeep blew. We had repairs up the road being done. Meanwhile, Christopher, Rachelle and Megan couldn't have been more hospitable. They really helped make what was supposed to be a one, maybe two day stay, but ended up being a 7 night stay, much more palatable. Thanks so much for your kindness and taking care of our needs with a smile!💜

The staff made me feel very welcome. Even though they are renovating the facility was considerate of their guests and the place is clearly very well kept. I will definitely stay here again.

We had to stop because my mother got ill and was admitted to the hospital during our travels..the room was pleasant and clean the beds very comfy...the staff was pleasant...however the pool was closed and remained closed which was a bummer for my daughter who was traveling with us.

Came in with an injury and front desk staff was very quick to grab a wheelchair and very accommodating with extra pillows and towels. Rooms were clean and quiet with a good breakfast. Would stay here again.

We had an excellent trip here. Perfect location being that Walmart is just two stores down, and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and the beds were real comfy. We will definitely visit here again

Location was acceptable, a little off I40, but not hard to find. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, lots of pillows, and nice soap. Breakfast was really good with fresh panaked and pretty good sausage gravy. Will stay again.

Appreciated the hospitality if the staff here. They helped when our drain wasn't working well, supplied us promptly with extra cots for our room, and opened the kitchen early for us when we had repeated early business days. Thanks!

Great service very friendly and very clean. Mrs Rita's food is the bomb.com. if u just wanna get away from home or just coming in from out of town I recommend this hotel great prices and great staff.

Front desk employees are amazing, friendly, helpful. I checked in late, they was training a new employee and just awesome! Rooms clean, breakfast is fantastic

Service was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool is open late, and the free breakfast offers a lot of options. Very happy we stayed there!

I felt smarter just walking in the front door. Staff was very nice. Very well maintained. Will definitely go here again.

All the worker were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't care for was the floral smell because I am allergic to chemical smells. I brought all my medications for my allergies, but the floral smell was too strong.

Room was Clean and people were very sweet. We had a great time. Only problem i saw was when individuals walked across the floor above you, the ceiling had a loud creek

I have had a consistently excellent experience with every Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at and this one is no different. If you want convenience and comfort at a decent price, you cannot go wrong with the Holiday Inn Express.

Excellent place to stay. Customer service was great and extremely clean rooms. Got upgraded to a suite due to enrolling into the rewards program. Very good experience!!!

On a trip to OKC. Great place to stay over night. Bed was comfy, hot breakfast was great. Friendly service at the front desk!

So im a pretty consistent IHG member and sometimes my reviews are gimmees, however, this hotel shines. On approach it's obviously an older property and unimpressive. However the interior is all in great shape, awesome, responsive staff, snd very convenient to tons of fun stuff to walk to.
