They always do they thing properly and have a good knowledge of how things should be stored in a systematic manner.
Planned storage can extend the life and usefulness of equipment and greatly
reduce the work load on the custodian. Many needless trips to storerooms
looking for an item can use up more time than doing the job.
Store rooms should have adequate shelves for small tools and materials.
Tool racks and tool panels should be provided for tools and accessories. All
materials should be properly labeled for identification. A cabinet with a
lock should be provided for harmful materials, such as acids and inflammables.
There should be a place for everything, and every thing should be in its place thanks home depots

Went to Lowe's because their website said they had what I needed. Got there and they haven't had the item in stock for over a month. I went to Home Depot and not only was the item I needed in stock, it was on sale and cheaper than Lowe's even at regular price. What can I say? Home Depot beats out Lowe's at every turn. It's Home Depot for me from now on. Lowe's will never get any of my business again and I own a Handyman Business and purchase materials daily for the many clients I have.

This store is always busy! Lots of people around to assist if needed. Shelves are stocked and the store kept neat.

I am a Pro, and a business owner and I give more $$ to HD than any other retailer in the World lol!!! They always have what I'm looking for in stock and no matter which HD I am at the employee's are always helpful and cheerful!! Night and day compared to Lowes!!!

Went in got what I needed and out quickly. Even getting assistance with plywood was not a long wait. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Ordered a water heater and some wood paneling for pick-up...no other store in a 1 hour area had the water heater. Once I arrived, I went in and let them know. The girl at customer service was fantastic (I forgot her name, but she was very handy)! She grabbed my stuff and had someone help me load everything in my truck. Quick and easy...great experience!

Employee at appliances was great. Cannot remember his name, i put receipt away. Kind, friendly, very helpful!!! Thank you!!! Explained everything, answered all my questions. If i find his name ill come back to add it.

I shop at this location a lot its close to my house and I do a lot of handy work for myself and others. One day all I could find was a girl in garden that has a horrible attitude. I was on the clock and needed to get in and out. I came across an associate and annoyed asked her for help, almost cringing! She jumped on it with a great attitude she helped me find what I needed and didn't run me in circles. I've since been back and look for this customer service associate when I need help. She had a great attitude made my shopping enjoyable, great smile and has been the same every time I seek help from her, she knows her store and is just a pleasure to deal with. THANK YOU SO MUCH LAYLA!!!!! I will seek you out next time I need help!

Eric was super friendly and willing to help! He went and got the correct sized cart for my item, loaded it, pushed it to checkout, and helped me load it in my car! It was refreshing to get seamless customer service without feeling like employees wanted to pass my needs off to a coworker. Thank you Eric, you get TWO THUMBS UP!

Great Home Depot! Always have what I need in stock. Customer service is good. A small nick was on a bathroom vanity we were purchasing... The customer service representative gladly gave us a discount. Also... Check the clearance section, can find some good bargains!

I've shopped here a lot. I've never had problems with staff or management. If anything, they make it a point to go the extra mile and more. Once, when the website said they had an item that they actually didn't have, they went out of their way to track down where it went, source another one, and eventually offered a more expensive one for the same price. Managers and staff alike are always super polite and helpful.

Convenient location. Took a few minutes to find the right aisle but they had what I needed. As I was approaching checkout, the lady asked if I was ready to checkout and then proceeded to do so when I answered affirmatively. Granted it was slow at the time, but it was self checkout. Nice personal touch.

Super helpful and nice people a few weeks ago I had purchased some seeds and waterproof wood sealer and proceeded to leave them at the checkout upon returning we realized it was nowhere to be found but the staff went above and beyond and let me use my receipt to just grab the things I had left to replace them! Great customer service!!

Had an issue, got over $400 for roofing supplies and a separate purchase for $30 after putting stuff bagged on the lumber cart I assumed all my purchase was there, later at the job realized the small bag was not there so I called Home Depot the cashier claims that there was no bag left and yet I did not get my bag and still do not have it the manager was going to call me back I waited all day never called..........
Ok So I went back to home depot then got the items I purchased took them and my receipt to customer service and there I explained what happened and the lady got the manager who in turn made it right and I was happy...thank you Home Depot for making sure I received my purchased items
