Great place to take your pets! Would recommend Dr Laverne to anyone. We had to put down our long time dog recently and he took his time to help us make sure it was the 100% right decision.

Staff is awesome I adopted a medium long hair cat a year ago from another town who was abused she has serious trust issues it has taken her a year to sleep on my bed a really let me let her. Well I knew she had a couple of knots little did I know she was full of them but she won't allow more then a quick stroke and she's back under the bed. Well I took her to Westrock they knocked her out as I requested and shaved her she has a lion's cut actually she's cute and OMG she's like a kitten running around playing letting me let her she actually purred for the first time and doesn't want to let me sleep she wants to be petted and loved.

I've been very happy with Westrock Animal Hospital. When my cat I've had ever since I graduated college became ill with a terminal disease I felt I was given all of the information and choices that were available to me. There is a fine balance between being compassionate and giving all the facts about a condition and I felt that balance was carefully maintained by the staff. Anyone knows animal care can get expensive, and with a sick pet it can become so rather quickly... I felt the staff was willing to work with me and prepared me for the costs of my pet's care. The choices were mine to make.

Dr. Lavergne is great.
My dog was in bad, bad, bad shape - within hours of death -- and after a couple hours of care by the West Rock team, he began to slowly but surely improve and was able to come home after a couple days in the West Rock animal hospital.

I will never take my furry family members anywhere else.

FYI - this experience was my first time in this clinic but it surely won't be my last.

Dr. LaVergne is very thorough, kind, and genuinely cares for pets. The front desk is on top of everything, I was impressed by the whole visit.
