Fairfield Inn by Marriott North Little Rock

Me and friends had an amazing stay!! Everyone working at the front desk were super nice and friendly. One of the workers actually saved my friend from choking during breakfast by doing the Heimlich maneuver. Never try to eat fruit without properly chewing.

The employees are very professional and greatly helpful. It's located right down the hill from baptist medical center, walmart, and gas stations are right down the road. It's right next door to cracker barrel, and the hotel also has a free breakfast buffet. It's very neat and clean. It also has a guest laundry room.

The room was very clean. The front desk clerks were friendly, and the turkey sausage at breakfast was awesome. Easy access to the freeway.
The only complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The staff was wonderful! The check in was a smooth process and didn’t take very long. The staff during breakfast were so so nice! The breakfast was wonderful. They had yogurt and mix’s in for your yogurt which was wonderful for me considering I don’t like most breakfast foods! The staff was very helpful anytime I asked a question about the breakfast bar or in general!

No issues checking in. Room clean. Noise level low! Great location!

The hotel is greatly priced and the staff was amazing. From housekeeping to the front desk! Rooms smell so fresh and clean when you enter. Ms. Tonya you are doing an amazing job! I pray upper management sees this!

Great hotel! I wish I wasn’t here waiting to get my truck worked on, at the dealership…and I was on vacation or something…cracker barrel is right in front..delicious food..great 3-4 day stay! I wish I was on the road..but this is a very nice comfortable & quiet hotel..can’t say enough good things about it..hotel morning breakfast was delicious too! 🏆

Staff was great. Nice rooms. Breakfast - not bad.

Although our stay was a short one, we arrived in the evening and left the next morning, we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, plenty of food options in the area, easy access to interstate, polite staff, and we felt like our car was safe in the parking lot. I would stay there again if I ever found myself passing through the area.

Originally we had a room booked at the Residence Inn next door, but either hotels.com screwed up or Residence because the room we paid for wasn’t available. We went next door and the gal my husband dealt with was wonderful and so helpful and VERY competent (thank you!). Since it was almost 11 pm and have three young kids that were exhausted from driving 16 hours, she hooked us up with a room close to the exit and was happy to set us up with a pack n play if we needed it and she even offered to take our ice packs and put them in their freezer to ensure they were frozen for our drive the next day. I don’t know her name, but THANK YOU!!! The room was VERY clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom looked lovely (even though we didn’t get a chance to use it). We didn’t stick around for any breakfast, if there was one, but if we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

We have stayed at this property before and the experience was always good. This time the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I left an item in the room and did not discover this until I was 400 miles away so I figured the item was gone. However, housekeeping turned the item in to the manager who contacted me for a forwarding address. A few days later I received the item.

I stayed here for 6 weeks with my job. The staff is very friendly and the hotel and property are spotless. The managers and front desk staff are very accommodating. Any concerns I had were handled right away. The free hot breakfast, exercise room, indoor pool, and on-site laundry facility are just some of the perks. I definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place, staff is kind. Smells good and very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Complimentary breakfast was yummy in the morning with great variety and fresh baked cookies in the evening. Close to everything and convenience. Quiet and peaceful. Great price. I will be staying here again and do recommend !!

Easy access and close to the highway. This a super clean and good smelling hotel and so far the staff has been very pleasant. Room was extra clean with good ac and soft beds along with a desk area. Will definitely be staying here next time i have to come to north little rock.

Real quick my experience at this hotel was awesome, my truck broke done and I was at summit group international truck shop, I called hotel to book a room and get a ride ,they called Uber for me but after 30 mins Uber didn't show up. So the next thing I know the manager of hotel came and picked me up, after have a few previous bad days on the road this was awesome. The rooms are very clean, bath room very clean, the employees are friendly and help with your needs. Indoor pool, cracker barrel within feet of hotel. Keep up the good work !!!!

After a long nerve racking day while my husband had a day long surgery, and a very bad experience at another motel that I literally fled from in the middle of the night I found the Fairfield Inn where I was welcomed in like family. It was a haven in a storm. The staff is excellent very friendly, kind, and warmly inviting. I can't say enough about the great staff.

My stay was pleasant. Even the continental breakfast was more than I expected. I didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool but other guests seem to enjoy it a lot. I highly recommend others to stay at Fairfield Inn if ever you're in North Little Rock.

Room was clean, neat and welcoming. Bed sheets, bath towels were fresh and clean. Tv had internet avail. Breakfast in lobby area with fruit, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee make your own waffles
From 7am to 10am. Staff was friendly helpful.
