Residence Inn by Marriott North Little Rock

I really liked this place and wish I could have spent an extra night (passing through so could only spend one night). Great location, ample parking, very clean room and facilities. The workspace table is the largest I've seen in a hotel room. Wifi was strong. Complimentary breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. This hotel is probably only a few years old as the room looked pretty modern and fresh with contemporary design.

This hotel should be the standard all 3-star hotels should aspire to.

This is our second stay in the last year. This must be one of the best run Marriott properties that we have ever stayed in. Went over from Tennessee for the Eclipse. Managers for this property are Super. All help perfect. Nice rooms. All works. Beautiful indoor pool. Grounds perfect. Breakfast bar super nice. In this area one will not find a better choice of hotels.

Clean. Rooms are big and the set up is Wonderful! Awesome Staff and Service!! The breakfast is The Best!! Fresh Fruit, melons, oatmeal, real eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. Also had options to add flavor/creams to coffee other than just black. The Best Marriott I’ve stayed at!!!

I would definitely stay here again. Employees were very nice. My room door malfunctioned and my room was upgraded, but my first room was very nice and clean, second room was also very nice and clean.

Most importantly again everyone there was very nice and helpful. Because they were so nice I will stay at this hotel over and over again. It was a Beautiful thing that everyone I came in contact with was very nice.

We had a nice stay and recommend this hotel. Tonya at the front desk was friendly and polite. The beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool was adequately heated. The room was clean. Rita did a great job handling things at breakfast and was very pleasant.

This place is so nice. The room was immaculate. The bed was soft. I slept like a baby. The place looks fairly new. Definitely recommend. The staff was awesome 👌

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Room was very clean and functional. A special request was granted even though the initial response indicated it could not be accommodated.

Great respit from our long drive and easy to get a room even if you have a pet. The continental breakfast hits the spot too.

I stayed here for about a week and it was a great experience. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the housekeeper Ms. Pam she always went above and beyond she kept our room so clean and stocked at all times. The beds are so comfortable, it's quiet, and I love that the entire building smells so nice!!! The pool was clean and warm we were the only ones there for the longest time which was nice to have the PRIVACY. I will definitely be going here again.

This Residence Inn is always on my to-stay list when traveling Florida-to-Oklahoma-and-back. Love this property and its level of service to guests, including but not limited to cleanliness, breakfast, friendliness and helpfulness of entire staff, location, everything about this property I have and still do appreciate.

At the time I visited this location, I ended up staying for about 8 weeks. I found the place to be very comfortable, roomy and the staff was delightful. It was definitely a bit pricey, but even with my meager budget, I must say that it was MORE than worth the cost. There was a self serve breakfast in the lobby every morning and the menu was great including cereals, eggs sausage and toast, all kinds of juices, sodas, coffee, tea, bottle water, etc. The COVID mandates were in effect so we had to leave the room once per week for deep cleaning. The hotel was very clean and housekeepers could be seen throughout the day, checking traffic areas, and wiping things down. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and went out of the way to make sure that the stay was enjoyable. My only concern was the back door. On the first floor, there is a back door that leads to parking in the rear. If you come in a little late, all of the front parking was occupied but there was ample parking in the back. For some reason that back door would be "propped" open from time to time which, to me, could pose a little security issue because whoever uses the back door, avoids the receptionist desk. Other than that, everything was fantastic!! Nice area, convenient to shopping and right behind Cracker Barrel. I highly recommend!!

Always friendly and cooperative, esp with military duty. Great location near the mall, great breakfast, nice rooms. First place I go to when visiting LR.

We had a pizza/swim party for my 5 yr old grandson. I had seen reviews from 2018 saying this hotel needed to be updated. That was not the case at all. The building was clean and well decorated. The pool and hot tub and sitting area were immaculate! I had a Queen suite with sleeper sofa. CLEAN!!! My only complaint is with the bed. IT WAS SO DARN COZY AND COMFORTABLE, I DIDN'T WANT TO GET OUT OF IT!!! LOL! Will definitely stay here again if in the area. Oh yea....they had a great hot breakfast to boot!!! Yummy!

The absolute best experience I have had in a hotel. I have stayed in higher quality hotels before but never been treated better than how the staff has treated me here. They are always so nice and always will take care of you.
They let me and my dog stay for my long buisness trip. She has had a few accidents in the room (she gets separation anxiety) but the staff understood and took care of the problem and would call me if there were any problems and would work around due to my work schedule (room cleaning).
The common areas are comfy and the rooms are spacious with a kitchen and full size fridge.
Just wish the gym was bigger. However the location is in a nice quiet area where Walmart is literally like 3min down the road and downtown little Rock is like 10min.
I dont see myself coming back to Little Rock but I reccomend if you are, please give them your business.

The entire staff provided exceptional customer service in this beautifully renovated hotel. This hotel is now my first choice when visiting family. The front desk staff is awesome!

Arrived very late. Front desk clerk was very courteous and went over info for breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and well kept up with hot food options and cold. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

EVERYTHING was Great. The room was clean and sanitized. All of the extras were in place. For the first time, I did the morning breakfast bar. EVERYTHING was Great.
