We were helped by the lovely Tru at the jewelry department — she made a usually stressful experience a wonderful one! She was extremely patient, helped us try things on, gave us honest feedback, and was just overall an amazing help. We will be sure to come back to her for our future jewelry purchases!

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, helpful, & efficient service I received during the holiday season. I know the public can be impatient & unappreciative to say the least, but that did not stop this beautiful associate from doing & being her best for JC Penney & me! TY!!!

Nice large store with generous selection to choose from.

Staff was pretty friendly. Came to return some items and was done pretty quick. People came to ask us if we needed help. That's what I expect from a store like this and they delivered.

I hate that Sephora is leaving, but the ladies in that section of the store are beautiful. I go in there just talk to them because they are easy on the eyes. I need to make one of them my boo thang.

Went to JC Penny they had what I needed I always buy my clothes there

This was the best JCP that I have ever seen! Clean, organized. Let me be clear! This was the JCP on Shackelford in LR! The JCP in Conway is much different!! There is no dress code for employees and no professional staff. It would get 2 stars!

JCPENNEY just don't seem the same to me anymore since Sephora has been taken out the store. It's challenging now to cash in rewards and use all your coupons on store visits now 😏

I found what I was looking for and it was on sale and I had received and coupon in the mail with another surprise percentage off the young lady at checkout was friendly polite and smiling eager to help if I needed anything else

All of the sales associates were so helpful and nice. I wish I had gotten the employee's name that was in the women's shoe department. She was so sweet!!
When we got to the front to checkout, we got the sweetest cashier, also. Mom and I got confused about the sales prices and the cashier was so patient and so sweet when she was explaining things to us. Once, again, I wish I had gotten her name, but she did have an awesome, yellow manicure! 🙂

I've never been to a JCPenney where the employees were more friendly. This was a great experience for me. I had ordered something online and went to pick it up, and the employees were very helpful in getting me to the right area, and making sure I knew where to go. This store is very clean, well kept, and very accessible. I enjoyed this visit very much. And I think you will too.

Dressing rooms & restrooms were clean, the cashier was friendly & helped us find a coupon for an additional discount on our purchases.

I shopped here Monday, thoroughly enjoyed it, got a JC Penny credit card, had to exchange some tops today & bought more tops. The staff was fantastic both days. Thank you for training your staff so well.

It was GREAT!!! I returned 2 men's shirts that I had purchased but were the wrong size. I didn't know, but they were having a 1/2 off the pink ticket sale, so I was able to buy 3 shirts for 1/2 the amount that I had paid for the 2 that I had returned.
