Hampton Inn & Suites West Little Rock

We have been here over a week and they are fantastic. We have a one bedroom suite for around $130/night. My teenage daughter loves having the living room to herself. Everyone is friendly. Hot breakfast items are pretty awful but make your own waffles never disappoints. Wish they hadn’t blocked off their front door during winter weather as it’s hard to bring in belongings on a cart through the side door. Also wish they would salt the parking lot. It’s a sheet of ice and dangerous with a dog who pulls. Overall we are happy with our stay here. Also can hook up Netflix account which is awesome.

January 2024. Remodel in progress & we were not informed before booking. Also, there was a winter storm 2 days prior to our stay & the parking lot was a nightmare. No one had it salted or scraped.
As far as the room suite, it was clean, neat, & comfortable. Would stay here again. Have stayed here before.

Great comfortable place. Didn't hear traffic or anyone being loud. The ice machine didn't work. Did keyless check in and that was good. I got a chance to pick my room and see a map of how the hotel was modeled. Breakfast was good and so was the workers. I will return for another night of rest.

We got a 2-queen suit and it was very nice. The beds were decently comfortable, a very spacious room, and the couch had a pull-out bed. The only frustrating thing was that the shower doors would slide open while you were showering. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. I slept well! Thank you ,Henry, for your help in getting our stuff up and down! Breakfast was hot and plentiful. A great place for a brief night, or if you need a longer stay it would probably be just as great.

Stayed for a quick over night trip it was halfway on our journey home. We had a long day. Check in was quick and efficient Devonte was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed while checking us in. Also suggested local places to eat. Room was very clean and well maintained. Checked out the pool very clean and well maintained, fitness room would fit basic fitness needs also clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

We are local residents and the air conditioner at home was out of commission! We desperately needed a good nights SLEEP since we didn’t rest much the night before. Staff was super nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was 100% better than most hotels where we’ve stayed in the past. Overall a very positive experience. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Rooms and bathrooms are VERY clean and clean smelling, and well appointed. Every single staff member we encourage tered from the front desk to housekeeping team, were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. This is a Hampton Inn whose high bar other locations in the chain should attempt to meet or exceed.

Clean, front desk staff were kind and accommodating, our room was so nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and it's walking distance from food and right off the hwy for easy access to other parts of Little Rock. Will definitely stay at the hotel again and highly recommend.

Needed a place to stay close the the heart hospital. This place was perfect, easy, clean and safe. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel. Everything you need is close by. And the staff are very friendly and attentive. Nice rooms.

Rooms were comfy, clean, and recently renovated. A little bit of road noise, construction noise, and there was some noise from kids/ dogs during the day/evening but it was quiet during the night. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good- close to 430/630 with easy access to West Little Rock and Downtown.

They took good care of me and the room was clean. No complaints!

I gave this hotel, five stars because even though they were being renovated at the time, their staff was very kind. The rooms were very clean they were, and just very helpful at the front desk. Everyone was super nice the bread the breakfast in the morning was really great and just the atmosphere in the hotel itself was just yell, very cozy me and my coworkers stayed here a week with no regrets

Friendly staff close to everything but far enough away to keep prices and overcrowding down. Definitely recommend, but with any travel check your room for signs of bed bugs. None found here so five stars, great job.

After numerous bad experiences with Embassy Suites, I cannot praise this experience enough. Room was clean & updated. Plenty of space for the value. Hot continental breakfast.

Daily cleaning is not happening yet, but the room was perfectly refreshed upon request.

We were there for the AGAP3 2023 Conference @ Pleasant Valley Church. The staff were nice and the rooms were crisp, clean and cool!!

Bob, our furry companion, was very pleased with the fabulous room. It was conveniently located and very welcoming. Breakfast was great also.

It has been a very long time since I have experienced staying at a Hotel with a clean room. And having staff that is very courteous and seems to enjoy what they do. The breakfast buffet was Awesome. I feel other Hotels is just raking in the money. And not caring about the cleanliness and upkeep of the Hotel. But I felt that I got my money's worth here. And can't wait to stay here again. Thank you for having a wonderful group of employees.

We had a great experience here! The staff was friendly and the hotel seed clean. We loved our room! It was roomy with a door separating the bedroom from the living room. We used the pullout bed from the couch for the kiddos which already had sheets on it. The sink was outside the bathroom so we could streamline bedtime, which was nice. We thought the decor was nicely done and loved the size of the fridge. The table was also a great size. There was no construction at all and we didn't think the noise level was any different than any other hotel. We were by the side door entrance and didn't notice people going in and out. There was some noise from people walking above us, but nothing super distracting. Breakfast was normal with a few hot options but nothing spectacular. The sausage was pretty good, though. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, the pool was actually open for use, and everything met or exceeded expectation. With 3 adults and 3 kids, we would definitely stay again!
