Banking on them

No communication from the bank to customers about issues with the account/card. This is the second time in a month that I have not been able to use my card. I was not notified beforehand about this issue until I tried to use my card and it was continuously declined. I have had an account with them for around 2 years now and often find myself running into problems.

The woman in the front, JoAnn, is probably the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. She was so deliberately rude to me that I'm considering switching banks or at least not ever coming back to this branch.

She is not the only bad experience I've had here, but the worst and most recent.

We told them not to make another debit card after we found it and they went and made another one, worst bank ever if I could give them a zero on rating I would

Horrible customer experience, rude manager, overall a bad bank to do business with just about anything involving loans,accounts or anything financial.

If I could give them a zero rating I would because it’s the worst bank anyone can ever think of because they have either took money out of my account or they have stolen it or froze it and they made a new card even when I didn’t ask for it
