Friendly workers. Priority mail not worth paying for. 9 days and envelope still not at destination

We have had a lot of trouble with the post office delivering mail to the wrong address. They either deliver stuff to us we didn't order, etc. or put someone else's important insurance papers, etc in our mailbox. Once they even put highly sensitive documents on my parents' financial information, ss numbers, etc to another house and the lady opened it and their information was exposed! Yesterday, it happened again the other way when they put confidential insurance documents in our mailbox that belonged to someone on another street! I put the words, "wrong address" and circled the address to draw attention so they would deliver it to them the next day. Today, I get a handwritten note on a sloppy piece of paper that says, "In the future do not write on other people's mail. Just stick the flag up and place it back in the mailbox! That is sufficient!" in a rude tone!
First of all, our flag is broken. Secondly, it is an entirely appropriate response to put "wrong address" on an envelope when it has been delivered to the wrong address. I believe her problem was that I called her on the mistake and the person who finally got their documents knew they sent it to the wrong place. That's the real problem, I'm sure. No one likes to have their mistakes pointed out but the US mail is a serious thing and it should be delivered to the right address. Also, using the mailbox for a reason other than the US mail (such as writing a complaint note to a postal customer) is not right. A postal worker should know this. Don't tell us what to do, Post Office! Just do your job right and we won't have to correct you. Oh also, they don't like having to sort through packages I am sending out and those that were delivered, etc by UPS. I run 3 businesses from home. Deal with it! Read the tracking numbers.

Every time I call I can never get another person just a jumble of Automated messages no actual humans on the other end of line

Woman inside the post office likes to tell people your buisness and claims people do things they ain't and I haven't received any mail in a week poor service all the way around. Another woman there measured some live bird boxes but she measured them together as one and they was 2 boxes so costed me 2.5 times what it should havee to ship.

Terrible they would not deliver a 50 lb. Box which they accepted. So I a
73 year old had to go get it and load it in my car myself .shame on them

The post master's is Rude and hateful they can't even deliver the mail right and they didn't even run today
