Super 8 by Wyndham Little Rock/Otter Creek

I stayed for two weeks,and all the stay was great.
The staff are friendly.
They serve coffee and muffins in the morning and the delivery food choices are good.
The location is very good.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet and well secured and clean. Employees are friendly and offer help as needed.

We had slept the past 2 nights in our car till we got the money to get a room here. They allowed us a super early check in due to the circumstances (those being we were stranded in a state and town not our own without any money or place) set us up with a really nice room on the second floor. They are even one of the few hotels that still have smoking rooms available which for us was a God send after the few days it took to get here. The service at the desk was really helpful and didn't bat an eye when I told him we needed to get the room early, and the rooms are nicely made... an older style for sure but very nice and serviceable. Would rent here again anytime.

I read the reviews and I was a bit nervous to stay here but I did anyway and I am so glad I ignored the negative reviews.. my room was great and I slept like a baby the staff was amazing and so kind and my morning bath 🚿🛁 was perfect.. take a chance you won't be sorry 😊

No complaints here. The price is right. I’ve stayed here maybe 3 times. It’s clean. The decor is outdated, but you get comfy beds, and I’ve personally witnessed the housekeepers changing the linen. Not bad!

Edit: so this is our go to when we come in town. The last 2 times, we were in a room where the toilet didn’t flush when it was suppose to, and the shower wasn’t cleaned prior to our check in. They’re usually very good about cleaning rooms. Be sure to check things before getting comfy.

So glad I found this place!The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and clean. The floors are nice. The linen was fresh and smelled good. Conveniently located to dining, and shopping, alongside the freeway. The staff was unfriendly, almost rude!😁...just book online ($74), and ask them to leave your key card at the front desk as to not become infected with the unfriendliness....lol!

You can’t get a better room for the price. We paid $40 for a king bed room and were shocked at the quality. Tomas are newly renovated, very clean, and very comfortable. We would’ve expected to pay $80-$100 for a room like this. Check in and out was quick and easy and we didn’t have any issues with noise or anything else. The area is a little on the scratchy side but really not too bad. We were traveling and had a pickup bed full of our belongings, most of which weren’t cheap, and unfortunately not protected, and nothing was stolen overnight thank goodness. So I think the area is reasonably safe. Overall great stay and would 100% recommend over a room priced at about $100 somewhere else. You’ll get the same quality for less money here.

I would definitely stay here again. This was a very clean room, ac worked great, bed was comfy and it was near the highway. The front desk does a good job at screening people and not just letting anyone get a room. I felt extremely safe!! Me being a single mom that is important to me. I was cautious because it is a super 8 but i was pleasantly surprised

I have stayed here at this location many times and I'm sure I will many more. Rooms always clean, if I need anything there's no hesitation from staff/Manager in getting for me. Sometimes I've required early check in due to odd hours of my visit & they were the only hotel to allow me to with no hassle. And beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! Yes I do and have recommended to many people. Convenient, reasonable price and no hassles.

The room we had was very clean and presentatble. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Joe, who took my phone call at 1am was super friendly. I called a few places in the area that night and they were the friendliest. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room plus the typical coffee maker and toiletries. And to top off our awesome experience, they are a pet friendly hotel.

After a personal crisis left me and my dog with no place to stay late at night, I found this hotel. I read some of the reviews and was kind of expecting a low quality experience only to be pleasantly surprised. The staff was very curteous and helpful. The room was clean, cool and well maintained. Very well priced in comparison to many of the hotels I have rented previously in other cities. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

We travel pass Little Rock often for many years now for work and always make sure we don't stop anywhere in the city from bad experiences in the past. Needed somewhere on the edge of town for the night and so happy to have found this place. One of the nicest Super 8 we've stayed with if not the nicest. Its rating is inaccurate. It's been renovated. We give this place 5 stars for cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, great price. Definitely stay here again when we bounce around the country.

Best super 8 I've ever been too. Seriously classy. I'd also like to state that I'm shocked by some of the bad reviews. I travel the nation and I always stay at at super 8 cause they allow my little dog. This particular super gave us a huge room for a one bed, room. Had a closet. Large bathroom. Was super clean. Had two ash trays which I've never seen in any smoking room. It wasn't a one room suite. It was much larger. Plus the lobby, wow! Sculptures and artistic seating. The place is amazing. The customer service at this hotel far exceeds expectations. With an affordable nightly rate the level of comfort, the cleanliness, and the amenities are unmatched. WE will definitely find our way to this Super 8 anytime we are in central Arkansas even if we pass ten other hotels just to get to it! Say hi to Mr. ANDY, he will go above and beyond to make sure his guests are taken care of!!!! If only more in the customer service industry cared as much as he does! Thanks again, until next time. !

Great stay. Spent two separate nights here at the end of Sept. 2012. Each night was in a different room so I was able to see if the cleanliness changed from room to room, which it didn't, both rooms were very clean. Employees are very nice and willing to respond to any need. Free internet. Received the room type I booked (which doesn't always happen at other hotels). Employs a security guard to monitor the parking lots at night.

I came in around midnight the desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful, I travel with my little dog so I got a pet friendly room. It was clean and no odors, I was sick and had to be taken to the hospital the next day at which time the desk clerk sent someone to pack up my belongings and even offered to take care of my dog. They let my car stay there without being towed and they were so nice. I will always look for a Super 8 whenever I travel from now on.

I stayed here last year, the Clerk was very friendly. The rooms wrre clean and beautiful. I made sure i stayed again this time druving through. Once again the Clerk was very nice. The area is lit and secured. The room again was clean and beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. This is WORTH every penny. No complaints whats so ever. Recommended, i might have to drive back next week and def. stay again.

Nice location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The decor was very nice and different. The pool was clean. We enjoyed our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I tend to shy away from motels like super 8 or motel 6. But the hubby said this one had good reviews, and it was super affordable on the website he was looking at. I was pleasantly surprised! This is the best super 8 I've ever seen. Stylish and clean! And to top it all off, the breakfast was way more than expected...Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, among others. I was expecting cereal and coffee, and nothing else. If I had to recommend a roadside motel, this would be the one!

We were traveling with our 5 month old puppy. She is housebroken. The room was very clean and was linoleum. Which made it feel cleaner. Loved our nights stay, bed was perfect. We will diffently stay there again.
