Pedicure: cold water, no cuticle softener applied, 5 mins discussion before telling me I could only get a Pedicure, then another 5
allowing me to get nails done as well. Even handed sheet to choose type of Pedicure, know all I'd get was a basic one... NO SEMI PARKING;
