The employees went above and beyond to make my daughter feel better after accidentally dropping one of the glass mugs. They were so sweet and caring when she started crying, going as far as offering her a free cake pop and a hug. It makes my mama heart happy to know there are kind souls in this world to offer compassion to our littles. We will be a lifetime customer of this fine establishment!

I really loved there Christmas cookie. I wish they would carry more of a verity of cookies. I love there sugar free chai tea.

Delicious food. Salem rolls are amazing. Staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. Will be back many more times

THE BEST STARBUCKS I’VE BEEN TO IN A LONG MINUTE! Joe, one of the baristas, makes a killer Frappuccino that's made with uncut cold brew instead of Frap Roast and then blended with chocolate-covered espresso beans to give it that extra kick of coffee zest.

It's the only style of Frappuccino I get now! So thank you Joe for being a awesome person with giving me the recommendations of the secret selection of flavor to change it up like I've never had before.

I LOVE the staff here! Every morning, I order my coffee through the Starbucks app before I leave my house...and by the time I arrive, my coffee is ready. I walk inside and they know which coffee is mine and It's always immediately served to me with a, "Good morning Girl!!"
They are always busy and there is always a line so being able to walk in, have my coffee handed to me with great customer service and back out the door in less than a minute...well, that's priceless. These wonderful people make my morning great...every morning and without fail.

Went through the drive through on my birthday. Not familiar with Starbucks, asked if there might be a discount on my drink if it was my birthday? The gal was very nice but explained that unless I had the app i couldn't get a discount on my drink.

They get drinks correct, which is not possible to find at other Starbucks in town. I’m very grateful for this location.

Awesome and amazing staff!!! A woman pulled up and asked me while I was sitting outside if they were still open at 7:59 I told her yes there is one minute. As I watched for my table outside I observe that they serviced her. As soon as I was done seen that they were going to take her order I went in and told them that's so amazing that you just done that for her because I'm actually doing a review as we speak. And they told me they have a rule (Their) thumb that they open 10 min early and stay open10 min past closing. They met my expectations and Beyond . Way Beyond

The barista that was working the drive thru today was incredible!!! This poor girl had to be berated by the person in front of me and they insisted on paying with 3 different payment methods. They sent their drinks back 3 times, just awful people to deal with in customer service. They held up the line for about 10 minutes. She kept her composure and was incredibly kind. She kept it together way better than I could. I wish I would have left her a bigger tip for how well she did!! Everyone be KIND to people working in places like this!!!

This is one of the better Starbucks I've ever been to. I used to be a Starbucks employee for about 5 years and grew to have pretty high standards, and this one is above-par. I genuinely enjoy every experience I have here, and have felt very welcomed every time I have been in, and in the couple years I've been coming here, only had my drink messed up once and was immediately offered a replacement. It was only the difference between a mocha and a white mocha, so I really didnt care to have it replaced anyways, but a lot of Starbucks employees will just apologize and move on. I definitely appreciated the offer. Love this place and the employees.

EMILY is WONDERFUL! My special needs daughter feels safe and protected at the McMinnville Starbucks ... Emily took a stand with a customer who was bullying my daughter. She is a true gem and deserves a raise! Kind, compassionate and helpful employees make all the difference.

I always have an awesome experience at this store and this morning was no different. I didn't get her name but the woman working the drive through was just so chipper and nice. She made my whole day.

My son loves having their app on his phone. He orders before we leave the house and its waiting when we get there. Then he just grabs and goes. He's a gold member by using this technology. Pretty cool!

Went on Friday morning. Oders backed up about 10 minutes past app estimate but they were going above and beyond dealing with rude people. Kudos for keeping your cool!

I have really loved going to this Starbucks the customer service is super amazing they are really nice kind and you can chat with them in a friendly manner. They do a really good job with their orders you should really go here for the nice drinks food and customer service.

Great staff, accessible, easy to find location. Hey, it's a Starbucks, and this one is no exception. Most everything you might expect is here. Wifi, comfortable seating both indoor and out, clean restrooms, it's a popular place and the only Starbucks in town - other than the small one inside of Safeway at the far other end of town. Enjoy!

All the workers are very nice and the drinks + food are amazing

Great location with a drive thru. We actually went inside to order this time. Staff was friendly. Our drinks were all as we ordered them. Store was clean. Our dog liked her free pupaccino. 🙂
