Three River Outfitters

Came to float on a Sunday and initially were going to float with another business, but they told us they were no longer taking people because the pick up time would be too late, even though their information online said different. Asked them if there were any other places, since it’s a Sunday and they recommended 3 Rivers Outfitters. Gave them a call, not only were they open and cheaper, but they were running floats later. Kind of hidden up behind the McDonald’s at the light, but glad we came here instead. The girl working, Alex, was probably the most friendly and welcoming person I’ve ever ran into at Hardy. She got us checked in, offered product without seeming overbearing, just genuinely felt like she wanted to help us out and make this the best float we could have. We also had about a 45 minute wait for the shuttle to get back, which Alex made sure to make sure we were comfortable for. She showed us the front porch with the swing, made sure to be very nice but ask that if we smoke to not toss our cigarette buds on the ground, which I appreciate from a business because nobody ever wants to see somewhere littered with cigarettes. She told us if we wanted to grab a couple chairs out front and enjoy the air conditioning inside that we could, just all around wonderful. So glad we got directed here vs anywhere else, and will definitely be back and recommend to our friends.

First of all! We had a great time Rhonda was attentive and eager to please. She gave us great suggestions and helped any way she could.
We enjoyed our stay at rivers end one of their cabins. It was a beautiful location. It could use some upgrades for sure. It was bare bones! The grill was rickety and a little scary to use. Bring all your own items!! There was no good knives or silverware or grill items. The dish sponge looked years old so i bought plastic everything for our stay which worked for our family.

The shuttle bus driver Nick was great! He was full of great info! We had a good time both dais of our stay!!

Stayed 2 nights with some friends, HAD TO stay 2 nite nights solo. GREAT GREAT GREAT place!!! Great value, AWESOME staff, clean cabins, right next to a grocery store and local eateries, small hike to the river but free drop off and pick up if you book with them (highly recommend it.) Zero negative remarks about this place and if a problem were to arise, I’m sure they’d be on it 🤘. I’ve literally stayed at over 1,000 properties in the past decade and this is definitely one for the books. Can’t wait to come back! Cheers Alex & company!

So much fun! The driver was on time, and the drop off wasn’t too far away. My husband and I were the first one finished and I called them and they were there in minutes! Such a great float and the employees are so friendly!

Rented a raft over the weekend the office was friendly and helpful. The rafts are all new equipment . They were clean and sturdy rafts. The drivers were very helpful getting our group on the water take out and shuttle back was on time and pleasant giving 5stars great day floating spring river with 3 Rivers Outfitters Hardy Ar

Its to bad the only reviews on here are from people who either lied about how many people were coming. Example...rented a cabin paying for 8 and showing up with 12 people .The employees are hard working honest people trying to make a living. I image if you are drunk and obnoxious or have disregarded you agreement and have them looking for you or their equipment after dark ,lets face it, anyone would be rude.. give these area locals a try. They bought new equipment this year and have a kind knowledgeable staff

We did a float yesterday on the Spring, and can’t say enough good things about them. Staff was super friendly and supportive. Helpful. Very affordable. Would definitely use this company again.

They have new crew members there for you to help you get away from the stress for a relaxing, time away from home. Office staff residents of the area if you want help planning activities. Give 3Rivers the opportunity to find fun in the sun at a competitive price.

We always do the 11 mile float. Its a great time with friends and the bus drivers dropping us off and picking us up are always so happy :D highly reccomended!

Nice folks and easy to work with. Stayed in the cedar cabin which was very convenient with lots of room.
