Tru by Hilton Little Rock West

Stayed here for the night while visiting family. The staff were so nice and when they say they are pet friendly, they mean it! The staff that checked me in and checked me out were so sweet to my dog. Stephanie and Nikki were so kind and they even placed me on the first floor so I could be close to the exit for my pup. The only downside I would say is that the room wasn't as clean as I would have expected and I couldn't fully lift up the blinds. And to be fair, I didn't ask to be moved because I was pretty tired from my drive. Overall, I would come back for the staff kindness and the atmosphere.

Wow. Great rooms. Clean. Trendy. Great service. Only complaint is their pillows lol. I'm sure if I'd asked they would have given me a different one. 5 ⭐ Last stay of our vacation. And they give military discounts

This hotel was very nice & clean. Me & my boyfriend got a room here recently to go to a concert at the Simmons Bank Arena. It was on mins away from the arena & close to alot of food places/amenities. The check-in/check-out process was smooth & breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this location. I had no complaints!

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and smelled refreshing. The beds were nice and the sleep was refreshing. The breakfast could have been better but not really an issue as is complimentary.

I really did enjoy myself here. Last minute decision to stop, but glad that I did choose to. Clean room, nice employees, and good location surrounded by restaurants.

The hotel is super nice and close to everything BUT the experience is important as well..I DID NOT have a good experience...kids were jumping around and running all night and I do mean all night started at 7pm Saturday and is still going strong Sunday morning. I have my TV up load to mask out the constant barking...I'm not the only one who complained to the front desk about the noise...I couldn't enjoy breakfast due to unsupervised kids coughing over the food...totally disappointed and I wasn't able to enjoy the room that I paid good money for...

Great place for couples or singles. Rooms are small but very efficient design. Shower is very nice. Wonderful hot breakfast options, great scrambled eggs. Friendly staff. Very close to the Outlet Mall.

The Hilton Tru team members were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean & the fitness room was also clean and well organized. The breakfast had eggs & even a pancake maker. I will be looking for a Hilton Tru for my trips in the future.

The rooms were small, but comfortable and stylish. They have free breakfast and a 24/7 mini snack bar in case you get there late at night and need a snack. The lobby was amazing and there were charging stations everywhere and different kinds of seating options for everyone to enjoy! Highly recommend this hotel!

We are not typically drawn to this hotel style, but the Tru team was great. Clean and tidy rooms and community space. Nice breakfast options and snacks and adult beverages available as well.

Cutest room ever and I feel very safe! The staff is so nice and helpful. Very big thank you to Destiny at the front desk for the warm welcome! She deserves a raise for keeping such a great attitude while working a night shift with a full lobby!!

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. We have stayed here 4 times now and we think it's a great location and the employees are so kind! Rachelle and Sarah definitely went above and beyond on our last visit. The rooms are clean and quiet, we have had no complaints. We also love the pancakes they serve for breakfast. It's also nice that we can walk to a few restaurants and the outlet mall.

Place is my go to for super clean rooms, which are basic except for the 350 direct TV channels including around a dozen movie channels on a very large flat screen, very comfy for a nite or three

This is a great hotel. This is a new Hilton Tru hotel. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are comfortable and fluffy. It’s located close to Bass Pro shop. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay at a comfortable hotel where you can get a good nights rest while having to be away from home. The people working the front desk are very helpful and they do everything they can to help you in anyway they can.

I have stayed at Tru twice now for business and both times the service has been top notch, the facility has been immaculate, and the location is something special. I highly recommend this hotel.
