Wow, best car repair experience of my LIFE!
I took my car in with a bad coolant leak in the morning. They replaced the water pump and had it ready to go by 2:30 p.m same day. I thought it was a great price for both parts and labor. They really know what they are doing!!!! And great customer service!!

Excellent service, reasonably priced. We have them do all of the maintenance on both of our cars. This is a family owned and operated business, father, son and grandson. Wonderful folks to deal with.

Greg (not sure if he's the owner) - he was amazing! My husband and I are from Alabama, and we were on our way back home from visiting family in Missouri when we encountered a pretty major tire issue. We looked up the closest tire center to where we were as we were traveling back through Arkansas. Village Tire Center was within 15 minutes. We called ahead of time and spoke to Greg - he said he feared he may not have a tire for our make of car, but "to come on over, and he'd do anything he could for us". And that's exactly what he did! He calmed us down, gave us a moment to collect ourselves, and was just a pure, sweet, nice person.
Though he didn't have the right tire for us, he himself called ahead to another place in Jonesboro, AR (Gateway Tire) for us - he confirmed they had the tire we needed and would have it waiting for us. Not only that, but he inspected our bad tire and gave us the best route for us to get to the next place safely. What an amazing gentleman!
At any rate - we successfully made it from Village Service Center in Cherokee Village, AR to Jonesboro, AR safely. And Mr. Greg at Village Service Center was just a wonderful helper and a life saver on our trip home! Thank you!

The technicians are friendly and know a lot about any vehicle you take there. They are also reasonable on repairing any problem with your vehicle. I recommend you give them a try. I know I am satisfied with their work.

The service and knowledge these guys have is tremendous . Just left there after another place couldn't help my issue. They had it fixed within 15 min. And not only that, they will drop you off or pick you up if necessary . I'm a lifetime customer now.

This is a great little place, cheap and fast. Checked all fluid levels, antifreeze test, tire pressure, tire condition and a rear wheel bearing I asked about while changing oil. 35 bucks!

My car stalled, had it towed to Village Service Center at 05:00. Called them when they opened. They had it fixed rapidly and picked me up. Service was excellent.

These guys are awesome. They have been doing a great job on all my vehicle problems with a reasonable rate.
