Bushel And A Peck Cafe

We stopped by for a quick bite and to be completely honest we looked up "best food near me" in the search and it recommended the Rainbow Cafe across the street but we did not dine there because they did not accept cards. Which is a pet peeve of mine. If a business doesnt take cards they simply do not get my business. Archaic practices make no sense in this decade/century/millennium get with the times.(off my soapbox)
I'm actually glad we went to Bushel and a Peck Cafe because the service was awesome, really nice decor, very clean, clean bathrooms and it's right on main street.
Our order was done fast, the food was hot and made fresh. The bread rolls were warm and crispy. We had the mushroom swiss burgers with a side of potato salad. That was a fantastic burger and the potato salad reminded me of home. You have a variety of choices for your side and fries are not one of them which I actually thought was refreshing. That's the type of options that you only find at a cafe. Great stop! Great lunch!

Great place to eat, especially if you're looking for healthy and delicious. I had the Garlic on Chicken wrap with potatoes salad. Sooo good. They have a great selection of food. Oh and the Lemonade is also very delicious, wish it came in a bigger glass. This is a must need to come eat at place.

Being a Clinician Im very picky! Especially, with a spouse who was a trained chief with a friend who graduated from Culinary Institute of America! They have Great food! They go out of there way to make sure to make food with culinary expertise! The staff is great as well! This is a must try

So glad we discovered this place on our trip. The food was VERY budget friendly and very delicious. The biscuits are large and fluffy. The atmosphere is very calming. We had a party of 7, and the serving staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. This is definitely on my list to revisit.

I had a chicken sandwich and the bread was very fresh and tasty. Sandwich might be the best chicken sandwich I had. Burger was also good too. I would also recommend their sweet iced tea. They let our puppy sit with us in his bag so it was convenient for us. Great food and location if you are visiting the area.

Cozy bistro right on Main Street. We had the "Bushel burger, potato salad, appetizer house salad" and "Johnny Apple burger, appetizer Strawberry Pecan salad; warm apple pie a la mode with whipped topping topped with cinnamon sprinkles for dessert." Everything was so good! Friendly staff and food was served promptly.

I recently dined at "Bushel & a Peck" and was thoroughly impressed. The service there is notably personable and friendly, making you feel right at home. The food is nothing short of fantastic. Great burgers and sandwiches, wonderful Lemonade too. And the blueberry cake? Absolutely the best I've ever had, a must-try for anyone visiting!

FINALLY made it here! I've been wanting to come try it out for over a year but just got the chance today! I've heard so many good things about this place and it was all true! I got the Caesar Salad and it was so delicious and looked just as good! It was the perfect amount for me. Not too much, but enough to be filling. The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxed.

This was a GREAT find in Mountain View. Everything was super fresh. We had the the fresh salsa + chips, Southwest salad and the 9 Grain Garden sandwich. Really tasty. The restaurant is part of the Urban Forge with lots of craft made metal pieces. Very Cool. Service was excellent.

Using a small sample size during my 3 days in Mountain View, this place was far and away the best wholesome, farm to table styled meal we ate. There was nothing commercial, artificial about it. It had excellent homestyle cooked fresh foods. Don’t miss their banana bread pudding dessert! Top marks for Bushel & Peck!

B&P hosted - rather last minute - our company holiday party for about 30 people. It exceeded all our expectations. They thought of everything: music, spiced punch and all beverages, heavy hor d'oeuvres, seating for all, packaging for leftovers - it was all delicious and all pluperfect. They are real pros that allowed us to simply walk in and have fellowship in a meaningful way. Communications and price couldn't be beat. We at Ivy Vacation (cabin rentals +) are exceedingly grateful for your gift to us this holiday season. It was our best event yet and we will certainly add you to the top of the list to our locals' guides that are sent to all visitors to our BEST corner of the Ozarks. ~~~ and speaking of gifts, have you ever seen such a big platter of deviled eggs?! Strawberry Pecan salad was really fresh, light, and delicious.
Treat yourself and try the blueberry lemon cake it's fantastic.

Excellent food. The biscuits are on point. Great price point and nice modern/rustic vibe. Great place to eat in the heart of down town. Service was friendly. Food took a little while but the atmosphere is so nice I didn't even care.

This place is the jem of Mountain View! It is so beautiful and I love coming here. Whenever I am back in Mountain View, I cannot wait to come back here for a visit.

Me and my wife on our anniversary stopped here for breakfast. A few locals recommended it and they were correct. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The biscuits were fluffy inside and lightly crunchy outside which we both loved. The gravy was amazing ;creamy and tasty. The eggs were cooked perfect toast and bacon as well. Wife had a Crepe. She absolutely love the texture and flavor of it and the strawberries and ricotta cheese filling and whipped cream. We will definitely be back as soon as possible. The waitress was very kind checked on us frequently and we absolutely loved the atmosphere and scenery inside.

So glad we decided to stop by on a whim. The food was delicious, very obviously fresh (and freshly prepared), and plated nicely. Everything was delicious and the tomato soup is, in my husband’s words, “dangerous” because it’s so good! I had to take some more to-go! Overall, a meal that was very satisfying and that I didn’t feel guilty eating either!

I went in with my mom and cousin. My mom almost broke down crying since the potato salad tasted just like the one her mom used to make before she passed away. She spent the entire weekend talking about the potato salad. Thank you guys for making my mom smile. I know it’s a silly thing, but it meant the world

My sister and I spent the weekend in Mt. Home on a Schoolie just outside of Downtown and enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Bushel and a Peck. The service was great and the food was amazing. The Red Velvet Cheesecake is a must!

Very nice little cafe in Mountain View! We went for lunch on a busy Saturday. Our server was great and the food was fabulous. High quality food well worth the price. Nice portion sizes and fresh ingredients! We will be back!
