Beautiful place to see all kinds of different sights. The caves are either closed or blocked but even standing near the entrances, provide such cool breezes and unique scents. Little and big waterfalls sporadically throughout. Was a pretty busy trail when we went.

Great place to mountain bike and hike.
The flat exposed rock in the creek bed lends this trail its name. Many fossils are visible in the exposed creek bed. Along the trail you will see evidence of the CCC and early settlers, creek views, and big rock formations. This trail gives riders a choice of a 2.4, 4.2, or 6 mile rides and the difficulty increases with each mile added. GPS: 35.784433, -94.2452

Fun little place. Two wet crossings on the trail. Great place to swim on a warm day. Easy hike although not super well marked. I believe the hike was a hair over 2 miles.

End of July is not the best time to hike due to heat but this trail is pretty fascinating and i would say is a must see if you're visiting Devil's Den at any time of year.

Unfortunately these are the only 2 pics I have, I took lots of video. Very nice trail, beautiful, quite and away from the noise of the city. This entired area is amazing and there are several trails is the area. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good trail with various terrain great for increasing stability in the legs and feet. Be careful bc we did have a snake come up to us with our feet in the water. Hope everyone has a beautiful and blessed day.

Great hike. We hiked many of the trails that weekend. From easy to tough even had a couple water crossings. Seen a few waterfalls also.

Excellent hiking through Devils Den. Very well maintained. Majority of the hikers seem to respect the space and others around. I'd definitely go here again.

One of the absolute best hikes in this hilly region. The trails are well-maintained and take you through pristine forests until you reach the majestic viewpoint above. On weekends it can get a bit crowded, but not to the point it is an annoyance.

Good camp sites, great hiking trails for the spring. Didn't find the cave to be worth while. Would hike again!

Love being outdoors hiking with the family. Dogs enjoy the trail (& Lee creek/river). Beautiful place to enjoy God’s creation.

All the trails at Devil's Den State Park are great. My wife and I did Devil's Den trail and CCC Interpretive Trail both on Friday. CCC is a pretty easy quarter mile loop, but it's still fairly scenic. DD is a pretty rugged 1.5-mile loop. Awesome scenery, cool caves (all closed to protect the bats), waterfalls, rock steps, and wooden bridges.

Absolutely mesmerizing trail. Have no more words. Came from Florida to visit my friends. RideNWA tours made me fall in love with this place even more.

Yellow rock is an fairly short hike with a rewarding view at the top. We made it to yellow rock from the bottom in ten minutes after hiking other trails all day. (Trying to race the sunset). Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quick hike. The way back is a bit longer and offers some nice scenery.

My wife and I spent 2 days for a birthday present for me. She arranged it all, she had me blindfolded so I wouldn't know where we were. No phones, computers or television! Best weekend ever!!

Fossil flats trail system is a great place to spend an afternoon. Located in Devil's Den State Park when you get tired of hiking or biking you can chill out in the river or rent a canoe and paddle around the lake. If you feel like making a weekend of it Devil's Den even has cabins and camp sites for rent to help you spend the night as comfortable as you'd like. The trail is diverse and is about 5.5 miles out and back if you include the racers hill segment. Maps are available at the help desk/main office along with some refreshments and souvinear's for sale. There is 1 river crossing that always has water and about mid way there is one that is usually dry. It is rocky so be ready to get rugged traversing the terrain.
