Bring your appetite and cash (they don't take cards). Delicious buffet of home-cooked food. Our favorites were the chicken & dumplings, fried chicken and meat loaf. The fresh rolls were amazing. We also had chocolate cream pie and peanut butter cream pie. Both were delicious. Just like grandma used to make. Very busy around lunchtime on Saturday so get there early. It was packed when we got there at 12:30 but they cleared a table for us quickly. Great view as well.

Delicious home cooking! Buffet style (including one for pies!), but they also have a nice menu. Very cozy with a gorgeous view of the Boston Mountains.

Hands down the best home cooking I have ever eaten but don't tell my mom I said that lol The chicken and dumplings was my favorite you have to save room for the coconut and peanut butter pie

We watched the sunrise over the mountains and then enjoyed the delicious homemade biscuits and fresh food at the buffet. The staff was so friendly! A sweet place with great food and a lovely view.

Decent seating for how little the place is, amazing, friendly staff, breathtaking view (sit outside if weather allows), and did I mention the food? All homemade exactly like your big family get togethers. Variety of desserts to choose from also. I’ve been here plenty of times, and this place has never let me down. My favorites are the mac&cheese and the butter soaked rolls🤤

I'm 50 years old and this is hands down the best homemade food that I have EVER had! I was there with a group of 8 and everyone one of us agreed how awesome the food was. The homemade rolls were totally unbelievable. The pies and the crust on those pies (wow). The chicken (OMG), steamed veggies, chicken strips with a crust out if this world, pot roast so tender. I will eat there every time I get close to the area.
Do yourself a favor, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely the best home style cooking you'll ever eat! And the homemade pies, and cobblers are outstanding! They don't accept debt or credit cards, but it's way worth your trip to an ATM.

This is an awesome place for breakfast!! They have a buffet that is not large but very sufficient. They will make you pancakes and eggs to order with the buffet. The chocolate gravy is to die for and the people are super friendly and the service is great!! It is worth stopping in for that is for sure at $6.99 for all you can eat!! Why not?

John and I ate there quite often when we would go to Fayetteville to his doctors. Even if we didn't want a full meal we would have coffee and pie or just stop in to get it to go just to have for later.

Down home cook in is sometimes best after it gets cold then reheated. The pies especially. Be sure to get something to go you won't regret it later, neither will those around you either!!! Enjoy...dinner elegance....food...drinks....view...

My boy grew up going there and I feel like a kid there. Its a wonderful place to enjoy the scenic route while stopped for a bite to eat. I sure miss it. Need to take a trip back to those parts may never want to come back here...

It's all good home cooking. The meatloaf, the fried chicken, and the boiled cabbage are very very good. but make sure you save room for the pie and chocolate cake. Oh, I almost forgot, the homemade rolls will make your eyes roll back into your head.

Outstanding place! Amazing views, made-from-scratch food, warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Southern and soul food. You won’t find the care and flavors that goes into this food from a common corporate restaurant. Eat here, you won’t be disappointed.

Our favorite home style cooking place. This is home cooked style buffet and includes the pie and desert buffet. Reasonably priced and amazing food. Be sure to check the hours, since they aren’t open as much as some places. I can’t say enough good about their food.

You will not be disappointed if you visit Grandmas House for breakfast or lunch. Homestyle cooking served buffet style. Everything made fresh daily. Included in the buffet is a pie and cobbler spread with the very best home made coconut cream pie you have ever tasted. I had a client who's eyes rolled in the back of his head on the first bite from a still warm coconut cream pie. Bring cash or local check!

Oct. 17, 2019. I learned of Grandma's Cafe 14 years ago and FINALLY made it here today for the first time. The scenic view IN ADDITION to the food AND pies are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Perfect fried chicken, pork (nice sized pieces) and beans, ham, beef, and the BEST meatloaf EVER and anywhere, plus MANY side selections and a salad bar, PLUS homemade dinner rolls made your main course fantastic! Then the selection of fresh made pies and cobblers.... BE STILL MY HEART AND TUMMY! Make this a definite choice for eating.

My daughter and I stopped by for breakfast. The food was fresh, great, and pancakes were made to order. The hospitality and service were exactly what I expect at a place called Grandma's House. We felt like invited guests in someone's house. Well done. We'll be back.

My friends had traveled from states away to go hiking in Devil's Den State Park, and we were on the hunt for a place with a view for a late lunch. When we arrived, Grandma's had just closed, but they were so incredibly kind and let us grab a to-go box and eat the buffet food on the back porch. It was beautiful, they were amazing, and the food was incredible. We will definitely be coming back!

This being my first visit, I was impressed with the down home environment. The food was just like my grandmother use to cook, which really brought back memories for me! The View from the back of the resturant was breath taking of the Boston Mountains! It's worth the stop by, if you're taking the scenic route the the Boston Mountains!
