The service is the best! Very friendly and professional. They kept me updated frequently and went above and beyond. They have repaired several vehicles for me and the quality of their work is amazing. Fair Auto Body is the only body shop I will ever allow to work on my vehicles.

Had to get my car repaired after a school bus backed into it and Fair Auto Body & Collision did an amazing job! They kept me updated and even cleaned it along with the repairs and it looks better than it did when I bought it at the dealership! 10/10 would recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Recently had a run-in with a deer. Fair Auto Body did a terrific job and got us back on the road quickly. My car has a special paint process. It was completed very professionally. If I ever require body work again I will most gladly use Fair Auto Body.

Had parking post problem with side of truck and Jimmy and his crew fixed it like new. I've used Fair Auto Body twice and they have not disappointed me at all. After an early morning accident with a deer, we made a call to Fair Auto Body based on the number of positive reviews. The employees are efficient, professional, and very friendly. We were able to drop our car off the same day we called. The car was completed days before we expected and the insurance claim was taken care efficiently! The staff updated us regularly and were very friendly.

I want to give a BIG shoutout to Fair Auto Body & Collision for fixing my truck for me after the encounter with the deer! After being in the Auto Body Repair business for over 10 years, I can be a little picky. However, they did an absolutely phenomenal job! I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work and for being amazing all the way around! My truck has never looked or driven so good! If you are in the area and need repairs or paint, they are TOP NOTCH start to finish and I would highly recommend them!

Jimmy defined the phrase above and beyond. I see people say this all the time on these reviews that this is their first time to leave a post but I, my wife and family can attest that I NEVER post reviews for anyone. But I have to make an exception for this place. For its amicable and friendly receptionist, for its clean professional office and shop and for Jimmy, who stopped what he was doing and came out on the spot to help fix a minor repair that another shop said would be over 2000 dollars to repair. I don't believe that he will always have time to do that but he has made a customer for life in me. I will definitely tout his services to all that I can. With the one regret that he may become too busy, but it's a risk Ill have to make because he deserves it.
