Super sweet staff, and excellent service every time I see them. The optometrist was knowledgeable about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and how it affects my vision, and helped me find glasses that don't give me a migraine after 5 minutes of wear.

I had a appointment with Dr.Upton. when we walked we was greeted with smiles and everyone was really friendly and nice. we didn't to wait long at all. Matter affect when we walked in I wasn't in the waiting room in front not long don't think we even sat down then they called me back and did my payment and then they put us in another little waiting room which we was not there more than a min before they called me back.They made me feel welcomed. The nurses were friendly. Dr Umpton was amazing he explained what was going on with my eyes to where I could really understand what was going on. He was very professional and with a smiley face and he wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and I was taken care and was very happy to answer any questions and concerns that I had. I would recommend Progressive eye center in Highland AR to anyone

Dr. Ellis is knowledgeable and so caring. And he listens to me and gets to the root of the problem. I would suggest anyone who has bad eyesight to check them out. And the ladies at the clinic are so very sweet and caring. You'll be happy you went to their clinic!!!

The front desk and the glass ladies that help you try them on are super friendly and nice very helpful if you go in alone to try on stuff and know what to put on to flatter your face not trying to sell. The dr lacks a personality but I feel like the girls make up for that

I've experienced more than a few eye exams, and this one at Progressive Eye Center was as thorough as I have ever received. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Always make me comfortable. The appointments are quick without feeling rushed. It's always clean and inviting. They look me in the eye when I describe whatever ocular issue im dealing with currently. They proceed to discuss it with me, explain it to me and put in the work to find a solution. I've been a patient there for three years and today was the first time I hadn't been examined by Dr. Ellis himself. However, the young man who examined and treated me performed in such professional manner. Ive no doubt Dr. Ellis wouldn't expect any less. This gentleman, in my experience, is a great addition to the the Progressive team.

The kind, professional folks at Progressive Eye Center saw me immediately for a potential eye emergency and treated me with respect and dignity; you know, like an actual human being with fears, emotions, thoughts and questions. They were generous and giving with their responses and their time. Truthfully, there is nothing negative I could say in this review. It was the most positive experience I have ever had while doing something I didn't want to do.

Husband's eye was bothering him. We were new to the area and hadn't established a Dr yet. Person on phone was very sweet and helpful. We had the choice of in-office or telemedicine (covid days). We opted for in-office. Given appt same day. Only waited about ten minutes. Very clean facility. Nice staff. Dr. Ellis was warm, polite, funny, yet professional. Quickly diagnosed a virus in husband's eye, prescribed medication for treatment, answered all our questions thoroughly and clearly, yet concisely. About as perfect a visit as one could hope.
Now several years later, husband (75 yrs old) has been seeing Dr. Upton who has always given excellent care. No matter how busy the office is, he and all staff are always kind and patient. They've kept good control of his eye pressure with semiannual testing and proper optical meds to keep glaucoma at bay. I don't think we've ever had to sit in waiting room not than 15 minutes. Very clean facility with helpful friendly staff.

Staff is very thorough and polite

To be fair, my previous experiences were with the VA. Compared to that, Progressive Eye Center is 10* outstanding. Everyone was nice, very informative at every step, and comported themselves with a level of professionalism every business should strive for.

Everyone there is really nice and takes the time to answer any questions you might have. Dr Ellis is very easy to talk to and cares about his patients.
