Just got my new phone and the young lady was super friendly and helped me find a plan and a phone I could enjoy.

HUGE shout out to KELYN! Super friendly, very professional. Honestly the sweetest people knowledgeable about products and offers. Got me the deal I was looking for and then some for not much more
on the price by simply knowing what offers were on the table and having a genuine conversation! She was able to make suggestions based on some of my interests based on what I would say. Honestly that's amazing service! Will definitely be going back!

What we thought would take 1/2 hour took an extra hour to get our 2 new Verizon phones set up from our current 5yr old Verizon phones. Hannah was a delight throughout the process. We appreciated her patience along with the wonderful couple who waited the entire time until we were done so they could be helped. God bless them all. Just another reason we have been dedicated Verizon customers for the past 20+years.

Excellent customer service from Ciara! Very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. I missed her Friday and she actually txtd me apologizing (it wasn't even her fault) informed me when she worked next, and was genuinely concerned. It was very much appreciated too!!

Christina is AMAZING!!!!! Thank you so much for all you did for us. After driving 16 hours and our phones didn't work she hooked us up and even though she was super busy and the only one there!

Ciara helped me find, not the most expensive phone she could sell me, but the right phone that would meet my needs. Then she took care of the SD card, the transfer of all my data, and put the screen protector on. She also told me about the extra charge that would show up on my next Verizon bill because I had changed phones. She was amazing. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Just left Russell Wireless in Ash Flat. It’s tax free weekend so I knew I would be waiting for a while for a new phone. Hannah did a 10/10 job trying to accommodate. The line was out the door, but the owner kept calling checking in. How about the owner get to the store and help Hannah out as swamped and stressed as she was, just my two cents. Thank you Hannah, you’re doing amazing, and deserve a bonus for working this crazy weekend.

Fast and caring help to fix what was messed up with my phone. Hannah was extremely patient and helpful in getting everything done so I’d have a new number and service back on my phone! Will definitely go back!

Becca was exceptional 👏 She helped me so much. I had the run around spending 2 days and a total of 4 hours in those 2 days on the phone with Verizon customer service with ordering a phone to be picked up in store. They keep saying it was complete after me finalizing and paying but the confirmation never sent to the store so 3 different times in 2 days was spent on hold for up to 30 minutes then hours on the phone with Verizon customer service 🙃
I wish I would have just went to the store to begin with lol... now I know! Anyhow, Becca was amazing and I'm grateful that I got her to help me.

Becca was very helpful setting up two new phones for me. She took her time did everything correctly and answered all of my questions. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

This is my hometown market and I think they do a great job of keeping shelves stocked and rotated, offer a nice deli with the best bargain you will get in their fresh made sandwiches! If you haven't had a deli sandwich from Fresh Market, you are missing the best bargain in town.
I rarely go into the market when they don't have what I want. Their produce department is well stocked and maintained. Wayyy better ice cream selection than Walmart.

Kelyn was extremely helpful in my efforts to get a new phone after I dropped my previous phone in the Spring River. She was courteous, helpful, and took her time to explain everything. I couldn't have asked for any better! Thank you Kelyn!

Kelyn was super patient and very sweet ! She was the 1st Verizon associate that wasn't pushy or rushing me. She has great customer service skills and very friendly! 5 stars coz of her!!

I loved it Dana was fantastic she helped me more then the people did at Verizon tech support dead I had ordered an iPhone Sr from Verizon online and we couldn't get it to work right and tech support couldn't help me they didn't know what to do so they told me to take the Batesville well Dana had helped me so much in the past I stopped by and saw Dana and she was able to help me and get it fixed so I was so much pleased and I'm happy now

Kaylyn Was great! Setting up my new phone took a long time but she took all the time required to make sure I was happy with my phone in with my deal.
