Be careful who you reach out to…. I contacted one of the largest plumbing services to come same replace my shower valve. I had already purchased the complete shower kit; faucet and valve included. The technician arrived and immediately quoted me from anywhere between $890-$1100. In addition to this, he basically refused to use the $200 kit I had purchased. After taking a look at things, he changed his quote from anywhere between $1327 to $1826; never suggested he could simply fix the valve as an alternative to help save money…

Brandon returned a phone call from the night before shortly after “A***W Plumbing left. Just speaking with him on the phone, I knew I had found the right person. His words to me were, “I just don’t understand how these plumbers come up with their prices.” Brandon made two trips to the store for parts, and charged me a 10th of what the other company quoted me. Not only that, he was able to repair the shower valve without using the kit I had purchased. Lastly, he made adjustments to my existing shower faucet to make it more efficient without me asking. If you are looking for an honest person who does damn good work, look no further than Brandon. He is a person that loves what he does and cares about people. 10/10… I do recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my second time using Brandon. The first time was to install a water line to add a washing machine to the garage of my rent house. I called him again because of how impressed I was with him. Brandon is very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely love what he does. He is easy to talk to and he is very honest and reasonable with prices. He has worked at my house literally all day today to remove two hot water heaters from my upstairs attic and replace them with a tankless hot water heater. He has been here from 8:30-5:30 and still somehow managed to have a smile on his face even though I know he was exhausted. Great work, great person! I will always use him for my plumbing needs.

Brandon is awesome! He first repaired/replaced a pipe with a small hole in it for us like 8 years ago, before he had his own plumbing company. He didn’t mind my curious toddler/preschoolers climbing all over him to see what he was doing. Since 2020 he has replaced all of our plumbing under our house, and upgraded our plumbing in both bathrooms as we’ve remodeled. His prices are great, and he’s just al all around great person. I highly recommend his services. Quality work and he’s honest with prices.

So very impressed with the customer service and quality of work. My elderly mother smelled gas and no one had time till at least next day. Brandon was caring and offered to try to come by on his way home after a packed day but he soon called back with some time and came promptly and repaired leak quickly and so extremely reasonable. So very patient with my mother. He’s the best!

I had to have my water shut due to the weather. I found his number on line he answered the phone and said he would be there even though he was overloaded. He came and fixed all my leaks and got my water back on. The price was very reasonable for all the work he did. He was also very friendly and caring.

Great experience, great work and great price! Brandon has not only been a great plumber, but a good friend too. He motivated me to work on my house when I was scared to do so. Since then, I’ve remodeled 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 living room in my house on my own. Wouldn’t have started without Brandon!

Hall's Affordable Plumbing was great, they were able to save me late on a Friday after the city had determined that my water main busted on my side of the meter. Affordable rates and quick response time! Will be calling for any upcoming plumbing needs!

Hands down, the best experience I’ve had with any plumber. Brandon fixed my leaking pressure regulator in no time at all, and was very affordable! I will be using him for all my future plumbing needs and he is the only one I’ll ever recommend!

My hot water heater went out and we had water in the garage. I called Brandon and he literally was at my house in 30 minutes. He offered to pick up a new hot water heater for us and come back that same night. We told him we would be ok without hot water for a day. He returned the next day and replaced the hot water heater in a timely manner. I am not going to post what I paid him but please know that is was considerably less than what other people wanted to charge me. There is no way I would ever use some other plumbing company. Even if his rates were to go up I would pay the extra money base simply that he is actually concerned about his customers. If anyone is using a different plumbing company you are missing out.

I had a burst pipe due to the record cold weather, and Brandon came and got it fixed the same day, when other companies weren’t sending out their workers due to all the snow and ice. He had my pipe repaired in minutes. Quality work at an affordable price. Will definitely use him again.

Can’t recommend Hall’s more. Brandon was our plumber for a kitchen renovation. His pricing was much better than other plumbers I got quotes from. His work was great! Timely, responsive, and an expert plumber. He’s my plumber for life.

I was desperate as I had a leak in what I thought was my hot water heater due to the frigid weather. I’d called several plumbers, big names, and still have not heard back from them! Brandon made it to my house in spite of the road conditions & quickly found the problem & fixed it. Very polite & answered all my questions & worked quickly. I was so thankful he showed! Will be calling him to fix another issue!

I had a leaky faucet that Brandon Hall came out checked it out and replaced with a new Delta faucet. I am a happy customer. It was a challenge for him but as he said "Nobody's Perfect". Thank you Brandon. I recommend him and he respects all people.

Brandon is AWESOME!!! We called with no hot water last night and today we have a new water heater. Every place I called was more expensive and wouldn’t even consider making time for me for at least 2 weeks. Brandon and his crew are perfect in my book!!!

He came out as a subcontractor to reconnect our sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher after having new countertops installed. He did the job, but then didn't like the water pressure, found the problem and fixed it. We didn't even realize it was a problem, until he fixed it. Went over and above what he was here to do. Also he's funny as hell, if you don't think so, you have a humor problem.
