I thought this kiosk idea was great very convenient and very satisfied with the service and the convenience and the storage place was very clean and taken care of great place will do it again

There's no one on site to rent a unit.
I had to drive 15 miles to meet with a manager to even rent a unit.

It was only 1:30 pm but there was no one in the office for me to talk to. I think that's a poor way to do business with no one being in the office at 1:30 in the afternoon. So, I couldn't get any information on Rock Creek Self Storage. I will try back another time.
