Words do not describe how wonderful it is to have an insurance agent that cares about their customers. Sylvan was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. She is super friendly and knows what she is doing. She helped me get the best coverage possible at a very affordable rate. I highly recommend Mike Watson, State Farm Insurance Agent. I also want to recommend Ting of Whisker Labs, a monitoring device that monitors the wiring and electricity of my house, with a simple-to-install device that plugs into an electrical outlet. If you get an alert, they call immediately and walk you through finding the problem and won't stop until it is found. I love the peace of mind this device provides.

Trinity was so friendly and very helpful with me. She went over details and explained everything to me! She didn’t push me like other insurance agents did in the past several days. Samantha Huckabee provided excellent customer support. She even provided me with information I was never made aware of at anytime by the state of Arkansas, even though I had to pass a business and law test to acquire my contractors license and among many other opportunities they had to mention it. So to say she knows her stuff, would be an understatement. While the process of insuring my business wasn't perfectly seamless, I believe it was more of a corporate issue and little to no reflection on the agency itself. I have been pleased with the performance of this agency on my personal insurance needs for almost 2 years now, and expect I will be just as pleased now with my businesses needs.
