The Home Depot

This is the best Home Depot location! Such a great variety and selection. If we want good quality lumber we tend to come to this location over the Batesville one. Very nice set up and employees are always nearby to help with questions or locating something. They have a really nice garden section too with lots of healthy plants to choose from in season.

Great customer service! Had an issue with product assembly took product back to the store and Greg was very helpful and solved it.

Went a bought a new huge 33 cubic foot refrigerator. It's big and very well priced.

Nice, clean store. Better than some of the H. D's I've been in. Good selection of just about all you need for any project, home or commercial. They are a little shy in the outdoor grill department though, mostly the new pellet grills. I was looking for a dual grill and ready to purchase but they didn't have one for showing even.

Way better than the "other store". The employees here actually know where items in the store are located. And they know their stuff too. Solid, knowledgeable staff, good prices, and quality materials makes this big box store way better than "that other place".

Wow, went to this store for hard to find parts for a propane heater. They were there on Easter to get me what I needed. The guy in plumbing was awesome. I am a long time lowes guy,but they were closed and I drove 25 miles to get what I needed. This mountain home store has gone down hill. No one knows anything there. Thanks Home Depot. 😁

Ashley in appliances was very friendly and helpful. I bought a dishwasher from her. She then was able to help me with a Corian countertop sink etc. I was very pleased with the overall experience thank you Ashley.

I enjoy wondering around Home Depot whether I buy anything or not. I am slowly remodeling my home and I look at items if not for that day perhaps my next trip. I also look at their app all the time since the store is approximately 50 miles from my house. It would be awesome to live closer to an actual brick and mortar building but at least I have one I can visit approximately once or twice a month when I go to Mtn Home, AR to visit one doctor or another. I love the staff there, they are always so kind and helpful to me. I recently had some paint mixed and it was perfect! Your staff member treated me so kindly! Thank you!

I didn't find exactly what I was looking for. The guy helped me search the shelves then spent 10 minutes on the computer to help me find what I was looking for in the internet universe. Man home depot has really improved on customer service.

Homie depoe plays propaganda tv in break room of seemingly every store. No. Degreed employees are treated much differently than degreed. 97% of ALL merc. Is Made in China. Our gov has screwed us and we sat on our hands and watched, wake up peeps! We're supporting their country all the while they plan to invade us.

They have everything you need and want. A very clean store and well organized. The carts make it easy to get the bigger item on your list and easily maneuver them in case you need to do further shopping or just window shopping for that new appliance your dreaming about or just enjoying the lamp/lighting section.

I stopped using The store across the street because the prices seem better at the Home Depot

The staff was friendly and helpful. It took a little time to get the right person for the department but when we got them they did a great job. They were great at suggesting us the best item for the job. They went over and beyond.

Lorie in the paint department is so cool! My teenage daughter has been given free reign to paint her bedroom however she wants. When we told Lorie that my daughter is an artist, she took her under her wing and showed her all of the paints and how to mix them. It was the sweetest! My daughter said, "This has been the best day ever!"

We picked up an online order at this location and ended up purchasing some plants and miscellaneous supplies too. The employees were kind and very friendly and even offered our puppy a treat. The store is clean, organized and we'll stocked. Definetly recommend them for all your home and garden needs.

MY FAVORITE STORE ALWAY'S HELPFUL WITH ANYTHING YOU NEED LOVE THE EMPLOYEE'S HOW QUICK THEY GREET AND HELP YOU RIGHT AWAY THIS IS WHY I DON'T LIKE GOING TO LOWE'S NEXT DOOR EVERY TIME I WALK IN THERE NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAS GREETED ME WHEN I WALK IN AND EVEN THEN WHEN I'M AT THE SPOT FOR WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR I'VE SEEN THE EMPLOYEE'S WALK BY ME AND LOOK AT ME AND THEY MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH ME AND JUST LOOK AWAY AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK ME IF I NEEDED ANY HELP OR IF I WAS LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN ITEM OR ANYTHING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T LIKE THE ATMOSPHERE. NO LIES LORD JESUS CHRIST AS MY WITNESS. Not sure if it was due to the Labor Day holiday, but they were fully staffed and everyone went out of their way to help me. I bought in appliances, paint, hardware, and garden and had great assistance in each department. At one point, as my paint was being mixed, I had 2 other people helping me find another item. I was impressed. If they keep up this type of service they will become my exclusive hardware store. Great job!

Great staff, great selection, great prices

I brought in a basket of dead plants I needed to get credit for. Customer Service helped me sort through my orders and get all my credit done. Now I can buy more plants!
