It’s a Friday night and the place is empty. I wish there was still a buffet. Maybe someday In the future. I used the mobile app. Took a little longer but I don’t mind because that means that it freshly cooked. The staff was super nice!!

Our family of 7 was passing through at 1:50pm and the staff and food were PHENOMENAL!! We wish our KFC back home was this good. Thank you for everything!

We always stop at this restaurant when we are in Mt View AR. The food is always delicious and freshly cooked.

New driver thru employee Valerie was prompt and polite, letting us know what they had on menu and what was not available at the moment. She was smiling and alert at the window as well. The original recipe chicken was fresh and looked and tasted GREAT! They were out of popcorn chicken, but we still enjoyed a hot meal and friendly service from our KFC. Thank you!!

As a vegetarian I obviously haven't eaten chicken here in 15 years...but my family of carnivores loves it and I love the macaroni & cheese and biscuits w honey ❤ this location was awesome- has a buffet which is the first I've seen.. My toddler fell out of her chair (she was standing on it) and the manager came out to check on her and stopped her crying w a chocolate cookie which was much appreciated! And then the other employee came to make sure she was okay too. Super nice people

Good place to eat. We stopped in right before close, unknowingly, and yet the staff were all friendly and the service was great.
I recommend this place to anyone wanting some great KFC chicken served by a friendly staff in a clean location.

To tell the truth, it has been a while since I have eaten at a KFC. While passing through Mountain View we decided to stop into this one. They have the buffet and it was a wide selection of Southern style food. I enjoyed the refuelling for the rest of the workday.

They did an excellent job on my food I food and they were very courteous and I asked for extra honey barbecue sauce on my wings and they gave me plenty and I appreciated it
