I’ve got a 6x12 with the dovetail and I love this trailer. Great build quality.

After many delays I did at least receive a trailer. Odd thing it was missing a hub bearing dust cover. Took months and numerous messages to get the part from Billy. I also discovered chips in the paint on the fender from the drive home. Asked Billy for months inquiring what paint was used. Never would tell me but sent an unmarked bottle of paint, unfortunately without knowing what type of paint it is or if hardeners are added I cannot get a spray can made with it to perform repairs. Billy seemed to have no clue or idea if he use paint hardeners or clear coat. He response is I drove too fast down his gravel road.

Avoid

Very dissatisfied with how Billy runs his ‘business’. After many broken promises and delays, my money had to be refunded back to me. I waited a month after putting a deposit down because of the lies he was telling me for when the trailer I orders would be finished. Billy does not put independent customers first. I advise anyone and everyone to please take this review into deep consideration. Save yourselves from the headache in the long run. I know I should have listened to the other poor reviews on here before giving him an opportunity to earn my business. Not only did he lose my sale, but he lost two sales. Even after that, he still did not seem to care.

On July 7, 2022 I sent a deposit of $1300 to have two 12 ft trailers built. It’s going on 5 months and I only rec’d excuses! Additionally, I requested a refund and I was told my titles were already made out and he couldn’t refund my money. I heard every COVID excuse to he is waiting on tires. I’ve had to turn this over to my attorney and plan to prosecute for theft of my money. Pls be aware! Gray’s trailer has not be honest business folks in my opinion!
