My wife and I purchased a home in Sharpsville a year and half ago. Shortly after moving in we had water standing in the backyard. I hired a contractor out of Kokomo to repair the issue. Long story short that contractor did a bad job and di not fix the issue. I reached out to All Pro. Terry from All Pro came out and looked at my issue. Told me a new drain line would have to be put in. He was very professional and told me step by step how he would fix my issue. He put me on his schedule and brought his crew to fix my issue. This was a 340 ft drain line that they installed. They did a great job and they were cheaper that the crook I had do it the first time!!!!

Terry, thanks for taking care of this for us and fixing it right!!!! Should have called you first . I also appreciate the follow up call to ensure I was happy with the work!!!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible service provided by All Pro Plumbing. After a nerve-wracking experience with a competing plumbing company, All Pro came to the rescue and saved the day.

When I first noticed the underground leak on my property, I immediately contacted another larger plumbing company, since I had a maintenance plan, hoping to get the issue resolved quickly. However, their response left me disappointed and frustrated. They claimed they couldn't handle the problem and needed to call in a specialist, which left me feeling stranded and uncertain about the situation.

I called All-Pro Plumbing since I had a water leak in my basement. The leak was from my valves that shut off my water. Replaced 3 valves in total. Replaced also the old gate pipes. Did a great job.... Next month I will have them redo the bathroom and kitchen plumbing. Thank you.

They were responsible for replacing all of the plumbing in my home. They did great work and were willing to fix, for free and in a timely manner, the few problems that have come up. I have since hired them for additional work and they have had the most competitive pricing each time, and have continued to do high quality work.

They Are Professionals. From the beginning of getting an inspection and quote to the finish of the job . Our water heater quit on New Year’s Eve , Eve . They came out within 2 hours of calling them to look everything over . I was completely comfortable with everything. Why you ask ? They explained everything in layman’s terms . They let us know what was happening all the time . We ended up replacing our old electric water heater with a gas tankless water heater , added a water softener , reverse osmosis water filter , they took care of everything. They communicated very well with us . Mike was in charge of our project , he and his crew did a very good job . They were very professional with everything they did . I Highly Recommend All Pro Plumbing , They Are The Pro’s ….😁

We used them for installing our water purification system and recently to investigate an issue with a decrease in water pressure. They probably saved us thousands of dollars because they discovered that the issue was between our house and the water meter. American Water checked our water meter and said we had enough pressure. But All Pro saw some leaking on the meter and told us to call American Water and have them double check it. Turns out that a gasket was missing. When that was replaced our problem was resolved. If it wasn't for All Pro pushing back, we may have been out quite a bit of money having a new line put in and only to find out that the issue was the meter.

Professional, courteous, honest, straightforward, hard working...All-Pro does fantastic work and they are perfectionists. They have been to my home at least 5 times, and I am impressed every time. Written detailed estimates, friendly office staff, convenient scheduling - it is amazing to find a company that treats women with fairness and respect. They can be trusted to get the job right the first time, and they charge what is promised. Their reputation is well-deserved, and I wish more companies would follow their lead. I recommend them to everyone I know!

The plumbers were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. We had all our supply lines replaced and these guys did an excellent job. They made sure everything was how we wanted it to be and came to us when there were any snags (as there are with any house project). Definitely recommend!

Because of the great service we received with a prior plumbing problem, we called All-Pro Plumbing for a clogged sink. Becky was very professional and friendly setting up our appointment. The owner actually came himself! The first thing he did was put on shoe covers so he wouldn’t track anything in our home. He then went to work on the clog. He had it handled in no time! Terry was extremely nice and explained everything he did. We would definitely recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem! Great all around customer service! Thanks Terry!

Don't hesitate to call All-Pro. We are so happy we did. We are a young family and newer to all of the problems that can come up when you own a home. Took recycling to our garage to be confronted by standing water and raw sewage backing up from the garage drain. It's the Saturday before Christmas and All-Pro had someone out within an hour and earlier than even promised on the phone. The woman who took my call was so kind, warm and professional. The two young men who took care of us today were smart, kind, respectful and a pleasure to be around. They took time to explain everything in depth and made sure to answer all of our questions. Their work was meticulous. They gave us multiple options at different cost levels and worked with us to find a solution we can afford and that will help to take care of the problem long term. Stinks to have to dish out so much money around the holidays but we are so grateful for the professionalism and solid work of All-Pro Plumbing. We have now used All-Pro for several plumbing and gas issues and I can say they're definitely the best! They're always so courteous and willing to work with you on scheduling, and after having a bad experience with QPH I can't recommend them enough. Their customer service is hands above better, and we've never had a single issue with any of the work they've done!

We have used Allpro once in the past years ago and was very pleased. But we looked elsewhere when we had a different issue because of the cost. We WILL NOT make that BIG mistake again.. They cost more than others, however, it is worth it. We had our whole sewer clogged (blame my wife) and a clogged kitchen sink. They spent 4.5 hrs here. They were very nice and spent the time explaining everything, even with me going out every 15 minutes asking how's it going. If it had been me I would have sprayed me with the hose and said go back in the house. Thank you for getting us flowing again. We would recommend Allpro plumbing to anyone. Was in a pinch with a small but sudden leak while installing a new washer. I called 4 different plumbing companies and All-Pro was the only one that genuinely seemed to understand and care about my predicament and make a sincere effort to get someone out to help as fast as humanly possible. I didn't catch the name of the woman I spoke too but she does a fantastic job. Great customer service is one of the most important aspects of a business and All-Pro Plumbing has all-pro customer service.

We had a pipe burst under our home and the plumber with All Pro came immediately. He was quick got right to the problem and was SO helpful & friendly. The job ended up being way bigger than we would have ever thought but he worked fast and even checked all our other pipes for leaks while he was under the house. He made our very unfortunate situation not as bad. 10/10. I will never call anyone else for plumbing needs!

I had a customer with a motor home about 90 minutes from us and he had a leak under his sink that we thought we'd gotten done here. Unfortunately, we did not completely get the leak. I called All-Pro, they coordinated with the customer and got everything good to go that day. Nice, efficient and reasonably priced.

I cannot say enough. They are sweet, honest, timely, efficient, considerate, caring, resourceful, and supportive. Kim, Terry, Mike. All Pro is very professional. When they install new equipment it is of high quality, and they are able to repair older equipment to keep your costs down. They also do work for farms, involving digging. I'm very impressed. Not the cheapest, but among the best. You get what you pay for.
