I write this review as a retired Army Sergeant First Class "Wounded Warrior." Recently(August 2021), my wife of 18 years and I started a bitter divorce. We had two teenage children involved. Without getting into the details between my spouse and I, I hired Attorney Michael Ellsworth for representation. Mr. Ellsworth's and his team were nothing short of professional, compassionate, and outstanding. I had a difficult time understanding the process and, what I call the "grey areas", navigating the legal jargon and civilian judicial system. Mrs. Garvin, Attorney Ellsworth's secretary, took the time to explain and answer every one of my questions in a timely manner. Initially, I was afraid that my military disability retirement "CRSC"(Combat Related Special Compensation) would be complicated, since my spouse was going after as much of my military pay and benifits she could get her hands on. Mr. Ellsworth was not phased or confused. He knew just how to handle the situation. Mr. Ellsworth, Mrs Garvin, and their team put together a "rock solid" case on my behalf. During the "discovery phase", my spouse's attorney and her, were left with no choice but to capitulate. The end result lead to my having sole custody, sole decision making authority of both my children, keeping ALL of my military retirement pay, VA Disability, SSDI, not paying ANY spousal maintenance, and getting my 50% equity of my spouse's & my previous home. The case Mr. Ellsworth and his team put together lead to a mutual agreement between my spouse and I, with the agreement going 90% in my favor.

Not only would I recommend them to others who find themselves in a similar situation I found myself in, I recommend this team for any legal representation they specialize in. These days, reviews are important in the world we live in. 5 stars do not do Mr. Ellsworth and his team true justice. It is in my opinion, that 10 stars would be more justified.
