4 out 5 reviews because 4 out of 5 times you will get a pretzel that isn't fresh enough. When they are fresh they are amazonian and when they are it is better not to but.

Glacier service - extremely slow. They need an additional worker or some sense of speed or something! Under stocked, too. Half the menu items were out of stock. Food is as expected, though ( what they did have in stock). Pretty mediocre experience...

I was disappointed to wait for 10-15 mins for a single pretzel, only to be forgotten as soon as I stepped away. Then I was asked to wait another 10-15 mins while they got their heads in order and make the pretzel I asked for, which I could not in order to make my flight. Will not return on any other trips to Boston.

This doesn’t exist anymore in Logan Terminal B. Don’t bother going on a wild goose chase for delicious pretzels.

Putting this review up so I don’t go looking for it again in 2 years thinking that it will be there. :(
