The cashier made a mistake in my order; Kevin in customer service was excellent. He took care of the problem with my order and had me out of there in no time. I think the manager should give Kevin a raise.

New Rsndolph location is smaller but still has all the same great clothing old location had. Old location was much bigger and had more elbow space to move around. Thanks Amazon for kicking Bob's out. Wish Bob's could move back now that Amazon moved out of old location.

I bought more clothing and shoes for me. My shoes are really stinky that my mom said. My mom goes all the time to shop at Bob's with coupons. There is a fitting room that is a limit of six items to try. No waiting to pay for clothing and items. The staff was good for shorter and quicker lines to pay.

Bob's located in Randolph MA high quality clothing can be pricey but well worth it. Bob's often puts flyers in the newspaper including discount coupons which will save you a lot of money. Great for footware and apparel.

Always something there to buy for a decent price. Always go there when in the area.

Good selection of quality waterproof, steel toe workbooks (Timberland Pro, Colorado, Wolverine etc). I selected Timberland Pro, Size 9M. So close to Christmas and I even found size for my Grandson! Christmas shopping now complete.

They always have great coupons either on their website or thru the mail if you join their member club. Along with Birthday store credit.

Bob's has good stuff at great price. Unfortunately they are closing the Randolph location by the end of February 2021.
