I called them with a gifting emergency and they went above and beyond to help! You will never get that kind of treatment at a big box store.

I also love their selection, they always have something, whether educational, crafty, musical, cuddly, or physical/outdoor. Some of the toys I’ve bought here (toy accordion) have been as much fun for me as they are for my kid.

The gift wrapping is the cherry on top, too!

My daughter saw a special limited edition stuffed animal they had, we called and they held it for her. Not only did they hold it, they had it ready to go when we arrived. A great locally-owned toy store that is wonderful and has GREAT customer service. My new go-to for presents!

My granddaughter and I love hopscotch. It's got lots of fun and unique toys. Creative kits to do together. So much to see. Love it!

I love this place! It can seem a tad expensive but if you look at their products from other sellers they are the same or more expensive:)+ you can actually pick out your plush instead of ordering online! The costumer service is lovely. I only wish they carried more products just so I can support them more! Great for kids or to grab a present, and they gift wrap❤

I walk using a walker so the first thing I notice about a business is if the door is heavy or lite and Hopscotch Toys had a lite door so, kudos for Hopscotch Toys for being handcap friendly!
When I walked into the building it was like walking into a big play room!. There were toys every where I looked there was not a space open that didnt have a toy there. There were puzzles and learning toys for every age group. They had a gaint giraffe. It was like a toy explosion in the store . If you are looking for a toy of any kind I bet you can find it at Hopscotch Toys so stop by Hopscotch Toys and let your inner child out.

Such a fun store! Lots of board games and toys to pick from as well as a great candy selection to choose from as well a fantastic labeling for gluten free and vegan candies ! Can't wait to come back

Great little small town toy store with items you won't find at typical stores. Staff is accommodating and always polite. Only downfall is their prices. Way to much of an increase in price when I can find these items on the internet, with some work, for 1/3rd (aprx) of the cost here. Still enjoy coming here though and it's family owned so I buy at least one item per visit.

When my boys were young they looked forward to having a birthday bin at Hopscotch each year. There were so many wonderful toy choices in every price range. Good, old fashioned candy made it into Christmas stockings ever year. This is where we shopped to fulfill another child's Christmas gift chosen from a tag on a tree in some local business. The perfect small town toy store with the best window displays! We especially like it when "our" Lego creations were set up on display in the Hopscotch window front.

I'm older, so I remember I time that you'd go down to the local toy store for candies, toys and bubbles (bubble maker outside the door, constantly blowing bubbles)! It was my favorite place as a child that still hold dear to my heart. I miss that place and that feeling, until I went into Hopscotch for the first time. What a beautiful and magical place with an amazing staff and owner. So thankful they are in my community!

My whole family loves Hopscotch! The owners are great folks, pillars of the community. Every time we go we get excellent service and we know the games, art supplies, candy, and toys are all the very best quality. We are so grateful to have this gem in our town, and we recommend it to everyone.

I really can't say enough good about Linda and this special place. My kids will always hold such sweet memories of exploring all of the magical nooks and crannies in the store. The space (and the people!) are totally kid-friendly and encourage spending time (when there isn't a pandemic) and having a relationship (regardless of Pandemic). There's a wide range of items and prices, so when piggy banks are emptied, there's always something in budget.
I also really appreciate the deep commitment to McMinnville that emanates from this place... whether it's sponsoring items for a Family Place, doing free photos with Santa, glitter tattoos, etc. I feel like Linda and all of the staff are as invested in my kids' childhood play as I am, and I see them extend this generosity to all of their customers. This is stuff of community.
The toys are lovely.. games, puzzles, bows and arrows, science sets, racetracks, play food, wands, costumes, puppets.. great quality and oh, the candy store?! Seriously. Childhood memories are made of places like this.

Linda is an amazing contribution to our community. She has always greeted us with a smile and personally remembers us each visit! My daughter loves going to hopscotch, playing in their playroom, and browsing their selection. This is a wonderful toy store and a treasure to our community! I always find the best gifts for my grandchild and other children in my life. Not only do they help guide you to the best rated toys they also wrap your gifts for you, complete with ribbons and bows. If you need a great gift for a child this is the place to go!!!!

My kids have grown up with Hopscotch being their favorite place in town. Any time they had a money, or reward coming their way, they chose to go to Hopscotch. Every birthday prompted us to start a "birthday box", which encapsulated their wishlist and made it fun and easy for party guests to pick their presents out. They wrap presents, give store credit rewards for shopping there, remember your name, give generously to community causes and more.

Some of my favorite things about Hopscotch are their candy section (prepackaged, bulk, old fashioned, etc.), their amazing window displays, their thoughtful toy selection, their yearly Lego contest, and their friendly staff. I can't say enough about how much I love this place!

Hopscotch Toys has always gone above and beyond for our community. The store's owner, Linda Hays, has been an integral part of our community finding creative ways to boost local businesses. She's even found ways to support our local schools and other non-profits at the same time. The service, selection, and atmosphere of our local toy store is top notch!

My daughter loves coming to Hopscotch. When Hopscotch was in the old location my daughter would always ask to go to the circle store (the circles painted on the outside of the building) and she could stay in the store for hours if we’d let her. Hopscotch always has all kinds of fun trinkets and toys that you don’t or can’t find in the big box stores.

Loved this place! Has so many unique toys and even has a play area in the back! My daughter had a blast and I would definitely recommend going. Also the staff were really helpful and kind.
