Earth & Sea Restaurant

Excellent!! My wife and I went here on a date night and the food and service were beyond good. We started off with oysters, a mahi mahi ceviche, and house made bread with compound butter: all excellent. The main courses were even better. The seafood risotto was cooked perfectly and full of delicious shrimp and crab. The NY strip was cooked to perfection and was one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. Wine was great too. And the service was superb: attentive and friendly staff with a relaxed and well timed meal. We will be back!!

Was looking for a good sea food restaurant in the area and Google maps didn’t let me down. This restaurant is located in a retired fire house and the ambiance is very cool. The restaurant had a very large selection of seafood options along with meat options. The wine list had many options as well. The food was delicious. The drinks were nicely made and our waiter (Christian) was very knowledgeable about their wine options. Everything we ate was fresh and prepared perfectly. The Alaskan king crab legs were definitely worth the price. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant if you are in the area, but I would make reservations. This is $$$-$$$$ priced restaurant.

The best restaurant in all of Carlton! Nice atmosphere, excellent service, superb food. Patio seating in back. Custom cocktails. Impecable bathrooms. Open kitchen allows us to see all the cooking—fun! The food menu has a good variety of fancy appetizers and elegant entrees. The wine list has a variety of Oregon wines. Make reservations ahead of time.

This place is a real find! In the middle of a tiny town I've never heard of my wife surprised me with one of the best dinners I've ever had. Great selection of small plates to try a little of everything. Fantastic service with great knowledge of the menu and drinks selections. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion, make a reservation.

Earth & Sea is one of the best meals I’ve had in Carlton. It’s a fancier place with a very chic vibe. You can watch the cooks make the food. Lots of meat and fish options on the menu that are high quality. It’s on the pricier side but worth it for the food and atmosphere.

One of my favorite places to eat. The staff is very friendly. Love the appetizers. Bartender makes a great cocktail. Extensive wine list. Something for everyone

I had a great meal. Started with a cocktail and mushroom soup. This was followed with a wonderful halibut entree and a glass of wine. The dessert was a chocolate torte to die for. It was a wonderful evening. The only thing is it gets noisy if you're seated in the back area. It's hard to hear one another. But the food is outstanding and the wait staff is wonderful.

What an absolutely amazing dinner for our anniversary. The food and cocktails were incredible and customer service was top notch. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a one of a kind, fresh and delicious dining experience.

Absolutely the best food in Carlton. If you’re looking for carefully curated, mind-blowing flavors, look no further. From the tasty ceviche to the house made gnocchi to the beef tartare and the chocolate torte, everything about our meal was delicious. We both agreed this was THE best meal we’ve ever had. This place is a must visit when you come to Carlton!

A welcome addition to the wine country and Carlton dining scene. Located in the old firehouse building, the restaurant is surprisingly big and has a lot of outdoor seating. The wine list is Oregon focused with several hard to find wines, the food was plated beautifully and tasted equally good. The peaches and cream dessert was excellent.

Tastiest dinner I've had in a long time. Never usually order steak because it tastes better at home but went for the large format 32oz ribeye and was blown away. One of those unexpected dining experiences that turns a normal Tuesday into something you think about for a long time.

Service and food were wonderful. The patio is great during the summer, best to sit inside during the winter. We make a reservation every couple of months, excellent restaurant.

First time in last night, absolutely loved it. We had the NY with Crab Legs, multiple sides and sauces, it was fantastic. Moist, succulent crab and the legs were huge. Steak was cooked to perfection and a great cut. Wine and then Tequila flight for a finisher. Already planning my trip back, not kidding.

They never fail to serve me the best dinner! Tonight was fabulous, I lived large and it was amazing😍😋 Between the seared tuna, bread assortment and the 32 oz ribeye I was blown away. Hands down one of the best dinners I have ever had! A favorite place of mine left me with an experience I wont forget... again!

The food was AMAZING! It is spendy but definitely worth it! Entrées were huge!

Visited for the first time last night for a birthday dinner. The food and service was just wonderful! Can't wait to return. Picture is of the duck confit ravioli, delicious!

We've eaten here multiple times every year. Although the wait time for food/drinks can vary, it's always amazing. If you sit in the back you will see the open kitchen and get to see how they prepare the meals.

We had a fantastic experience at Earth & Sea! We had a large surf and turf dinner for two, it was huge and delicious! We also had the beef tartar appetizer and it was the best I’ve ever had. Our server Sara noticed our “Mr. & Mrs.” themed masks so we told her we’re on our honeymoon and she gave us a free crème de pot for dessert! This is a great gourmet spot in a quaint little town, I highly recommend.

Outstanding dinner and amazing service!

Started the dinner out with a Yellowfin Tuna Poke that came with a ginger sorbet, avocado, cucumber, ponzu sauce. Great balance between the acid and fat. Nothing better than fresh yellowfin tuna.

I had a hard time choosing between the 4 main entree's. Decided to go with the Saffron Risotto that came with Dungeness Crab and 3 perfectly seared Scallops on top-delicious! I went with a 2017 Domaine Vocoret Chablis half bottle to go with the Risotto. Perfect pairing. Will definitely be back, can't wait to try the Earth & Sea Stew. Thanks for a great time last night Earth & Sea!!

Delicious 😋. Food is so good. Looks as beautiful as it taste. A must try. Service is great,very welcoming.
