Dave & Buster's Braintree

I went on a Saturday during school vacation week. It was such a blast for the kids and us aunties! The location has renovated since my last visit. It looks great and super clean. The food was delicious and my server Kaitlyn was 10/10. She was attentive, polite, and very helpful. The GM Chad swung by the table to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend coming to the Braintree location.

Been here twice and both times the atmosphere was great. Customer service is great. First time I went I ordered the all-american cheeseburger with grilled onions and truffle fries. It was one of the best burgers in my life and the fries were delicious!!! The second time I went I had the same burger with regular fries; again I was blown away by the flavors.

The place is fun for kids! The food is not the best 8/10. There’s plenty of parking 9/10. Environment and cleanliness and staff are 9/10. Definitely 9/10 overall!!

From the hostess to the bill everything was great. The table and area was clean. The server was knowledgeable of the food and drink menu. The food came out fast and to my liking. The server came to check on the food and how everything was several times. The tv’s stood out the most. Great size and several different things on them. The game selection was great and things for all ages and family oriented. Looking forward to coming back with my family again.

Customer service here is amazing. The new pasta dishes are fire! The ziti quality reminds me of the north end. I was shocked. They have all the best fights here and Manager jarred made sure I had a great view. All the staff there seams genuinely happy to work there and make sure your satisfied. You can't fake that type of vibe and energy. Best dave n busters I been to. And I've been to a bunch throughout the country.

Employees are super friendly here, the place is big, fun and has lots of games and a good selection of prizes. We had a great time here with family. 💕

Took my teenage son and fiancè for a nice mid-week splurge. Our service was quick and the staff was awesome. Our server Dennis made the experience enjoyable and we had a great stress free evening. Found a new favorite place for family time.

I go here twice a week every week and have probably been doing it for a year now have never had a bad experience. All the games are functioning and the food and the service are exceptional. I am looking forward to seeing the new room they are putting in. It looks like a great space to hold a party or just a private function.

Went there the other day with my family. Just wanna say Antonio, guy working at the bar left a very good impression, not just for me but with my family. Definitely felt welcomed.

Jordan went above and beyond while taking care of our party of 13. Our sons turning 14 came to hang at D&B in Braintree with their friends. Jordan has been nothing but awesome. He is polite, kind, cool, attentive, helpful. All the things you hope for in service he is. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back.

Jared helped us out. We had a big party there. Had no idea how the D&B app worked and he keyed us in. Took care of us the entire time we were there. Top notch employee. Give Jared a promotion.

Great food and drinks! Everything was made to perfection and Dennis was quick with a joke and a smile. He and Jovina made us feel welcome and we had a blast in the arcade. 10/10 would recommend!

It was my first time there and the staff were really friendly. The bartender with purple hair made my drink perfect. Funny enough, the power actually went out with no notice because of an outside reason. The manager Johanna was super understanding and gifted my friends and I a stuffed animal as an apology. Thank you 🫶🏾

It is great place for children to spend their weekends and has been the good time with my nephews. They enjoyed a lot. You get the card and it's hard to use all credits of the cards in one time. That means it's worth each penny. After playing you get points which get collected in your card and you can redeem those points by getting toys and goodies from their store.

After the good time with your family you can enjoy your dinner with full service dine in.

Had a great time with my family at this D&B. Pretzels are great and nice to see some new games available. Staff was attentive and made our time here very fun. Manager came to check and make sure we were having a good time. We thought that was a great touch to the experience.

Jared was amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure the kids had fun & everyone was happy with their food. He’s the best, definitely will be back!
