We just bought my 17 yr old a truck from Richards. We have been truck shopping for 3 months and found many dealers to be pushy and not trustworthy. We had an A+ buying experience at Richards. They had an extensive selection of trucks. Customer service was excellent. They were very easy to work with and handled everything with the sale and made the buying process very easy. Highly recommend!

Super smooth experience buying a car. Bob was very responsive and calm, and let me take a look around at my own pace. He agreed to drive the car down to an inspection, and fixed all the issues that came up. Filed all the paperwork for me, and car was clean and with complete documentation when I picked it up. Really great experience overall, happy to leave a review.

I cannot say enough about Richards motorcars and the experience I had with Bob, Joe, and Tom. They all made buying my truck a very easy and comfortable process. Bob was ultimately my salesman who has a very calm and easy demeanor. There was no pressure and he was extremely responsive through the whole process. I went to the business several times and was always met with a smile. If bob was tied up, Joe and Tom stepped right in to give exceptional service without the typical dealer sales pitch. I would highly recommend this dealer. They assisted with all paperwork, insurance, financing, etc. They even delivered my truck which was a huge help. I love my new Lincoln. They did such a great job detailing it that when I went for my inspection, the technician thought it was a new, not used car. Just bought two vehicles a 2019 VW Tiguan and 2019 GMC Canyon from Richards great team Joe and Tom were great customer service top notch very easy to deal with highly recommend

Initially, the experience was very disappointing but after Joe got involved he turned everything around. My husband and I had some concerns and once Joe stepped in they were all addressed. I feel very confident now about our purchase and am so happy my husband LOVES his truck! I had a great experience with Richards Motorcars. My salesman was Bob who was very attentive to all of my questions. Since I was not local, he had to help me understand the condition of the vehicle so I could understand what I was getting. Everything was as described.
My wife and I flew to Boston and met Joe (sales Manager) who introduced us to the vehicle, signed some paper work and had us on our way within 15 mins!

Great experience and would definitely recommend. These guys stand behind their product.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Richards Motorcars, mainly due to the GM I worked with, Joe, who was great. He was prompt and very easy to communicate with over the phone and via texts. He answered a lot of the questions I had before I even made it to the dealership. I made an appointment, checked out the car and was able to do the test drive, fill out all the paperwork, and complete the purchase in a little over an hour. I couldn’t recommend the dealership more.

The staff at Richard’s Motorcars was very easy to deal with, super friendly and responsive. My salesman Leo looked into every question I had and replied to me in a timely fashion. Because I am out of state, he made sure I knew the items required by Massachusetts to purchase the car and return to NH, and he politely reminded me a day in advance just so there were no surprises.
