Jac's Cafe

The best breakfast I had while being in the States. The place has an old soul, like you are going back in time for 30 years. The omlette was very good. But as usuall I can't get a good coffee. Will wait to go back to Europe🤣🤣 Almost forgot, this place is cash only.

Jac’s Café is the ideal small town breakfast/luncheonette. Even with the limited seating, they make it work. They have a huge neighborhood takeout business. I’ve been going here for years and the food has always been fantastic. The service is always friendly and the patrons always respond to each other, including strangers as if you were their neighbor next-door.
Their prices are extremely fair and reasonable.
This is a great small town gem !

Cheap, affordable, and DELICIOUS!!! This is the kind of place you would want to take date to for a breakfast! Especially on like a first date when you don't know if you like them. The food is awesome and it is cheap! So if you end up not liking the person, it's not too bate cuz you didn't waste alot of money on whoever it is. However, I think that if you bring someone here, they might fall in love with you. This place is bussin with people coming in for a quick stop. It seems like all the locals come here cuz it is a solid breakfast and coffe place!

Best breakfast wraps around and the banana hazelnut coffee is perfection. breakfast wrap and a large ice coffee under 10 bucks can’t beat it! I never write reviews but this is the best of the best when it comes to breakfast, prices and customer service.

We were recommended this cafe on our trip and absolutely loved it! We went there every morning. Such a fun atmosphere and amazing food!

Jac’s Cafe is a nook in Winthrop’s small town area and an absolutely amazing one at that. Despite despising waking up in the mornings, I make an effort to wake up earlier than usual for the sake of going to Jac’s to get something to eat knowing it’ll make my whole day better. I’d recommend the food here without hesitation! Try the smoothies when you get the chance - you won’t regret it!

100 stars. This place tickled me. There is a particular way movies / tv portray Italians. I'm not claiming it's right, wrong, or that the staff is Italian. What I AM saying is that I felt like I was sitting in one of those types of movies / shows. They make you feel like family. It seemed as if everyone knew each other. It was very busy and loud, yet no one was stressed. It was quite the opposite. The crew enjoyed the company of the customers and worked together. It was synchronized chaos. I don't think you can walk into this place and not feel the warmth and love. Jac's truly rounded out my Boston experience. I wish they had a website to read their story. I bet it's a good one. Oh, it's cash only, GREAT prices and the food is yummy. Thanks for the experience Jac!

Partner and I got a breakfast burrito, a bagel sandwich, and an iced coffee for $12.53. Delicious food, quick service, priced very well! 👍✨

Breakfasy ood was declious and homemade - sort of diner style.

Waitresses were very sweet and helpful.

The food here is so delicious!! They homemade blueberries 🫐 muffins are to die for! Served warm! They’re blueberry crunch muffins looks so good! I’ll be back they won my stomach lol! & my heart! Great customer service!

Friendly staff and great food for a small spot. Get the namesake breakfast burrito with bacon, sausage, or both (best b-fast burrito in Beantown). The homemade muffins are an absolute treat as well.

I came to pick up food for my co workers as I was in area for buisness and service was amazing. I had the opportunity to taste the breakfast burrito 🌯 1st hand, it was phenomenal. I live in stoneham and will recommend anyone who is Winthrop from out of town and wants friendly, professional people and delicious food to go to Jacs. Keep up the good work! 🙏👊🏻🌯

Did I just have the best breakfast for a price out of the ‘70’s??!! I was out on foot for sunrise photos this morning and found this place. The FRIENDLY staff along with a delicious breakfast of eggs, sausage and toast made this a most pleasant Saturday morning experience. As it is not too far from where I live, I will definitely be back!!

Small hole in the wall cafe. Great food and great prices! You CANNOT get better food at a better price anywhere! Guaranteed! We were in Boston/Salem/Plymouth for a week and we found this to be our go-to place for breakfast.

My wife and I stopped in to Jac's Cafe for breakfast on our trip to Winthrop. We were planning to eat there once during our trip, but before we could make it in, a local directed us to stop there for their famous, homemade blueberry muffins. He said they were the best on the planet. The service was fast and friendly - no unnecessary bells and whistles - just good food, fast, at an awesome price! We will be back. Oh, and do it. The muffins ARE the best! Way to go you guys!

This place rocks, the best breakfast and the best prices anywhere in the area. It was our go to breakfast spot when we lived in Winthrop. The mountain muffin, and French toast are to die for, almost enough to make me move back to Winthrop.

In town visiting my sister. You have to try the Late November awesome my favorite. But the rest of the food is just as good. And the muffins are fresh and very tasty. Staff is always friendly. I’m glad I found you guys.
