For my first time buying a car from a used dealership Anthony was very helpful, honest,nice, and on top of everything. If I had any issues he was right there to take care of it. In the future I will come back here and I highly recommend coming here. I love my new jeep very much. They have nice used cars for fair prices.

Went and bought my second car with in 9 months from smart buy today and as always Anthony goes above and beyond. I have never experienced the service that I receive here. Anthony makes you feel like you are family and goes above and beyond getting you the best deal that he can and he never gives up until he is satisfied. I would go to him again for my next car and would highly recommend smart buy before going to a big car delarship. Thank you again for all your help.

Came in a month or two ago, after having some trouble getting a car elsewhere. I had a full time job, and could defiantly afford a car, but couldn't get approved anywhere. I gave the guys a call, and they were more than welcoming . They understood my situation, and were quite helpful. I was approved on the spot, and although my credit was less than perfect, I was able to get into a beautiful car. The staff was very honest and walked me through step by step, so I understood completely. They are full service dealership, so when I picked up the car, it was all ready to go with plates. I would recommend Cityline to anyone who is in need of a vehicle, but maybe is having some trouble like I was. I am hoping to upgrade soon, and I wont buy anywhere else! The service here is unmatched? Bought a car from them almost a year ago and got an oil change at valvoline and the car started acting funny. Didn't know who to call so I asked them for a referral. I went in they figured out right away something was done wrong with the oil filter but also went ahead and cleaned my filthy car just to be nice. If you want to buy from a place that cares this is the spot

These guys are all awesome I have the worse credit but they managed to get me into a car without any issues. Any issues I’ve had with my car they’ve taken care of right away even when they didn’t need to. I’m now on my 2nd car thru them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They stand by what they say 100%. Couldn’t be any happier with my upgrade 😊

these guys are awesome, i bought a 2005 Honda CR-V and the engine fried itself just after a month, the warranty place they set me up with would not cover the Engine being replaced, The Owner of City line went and got me a new engine for my car and fronted all the money for it himself. If thats not the best customer service out there i don't know what is.

Great experience amazing customer service i went to the malden location and my credit basicly wasnt great the next day i was driving off in my 2015 jeep they did all the leg work found me a great insurance company did the plates and the sticker they were so nice and hustled to make sure i was driving by the next afternoon. If you dont want to go to trn different delaerships to try to get approved for a car just come right here they work with you and make sure u have a good experience

Anthony is the best man to get a car. I'm from the west coast and had some registration issues but he came through with helping me. Hands down the best place and awesome customer service!!!!!!
