Quality Inn Winslow I-40

I was completely blown away at the kind and attentive customer service of the staff. The pool and hot tub were such an amazing blessing. We loved hanging out and relaxing. The rooms are absolutely immaculate. The beds are soft and fluffy and you just sink into the pillows. The room has tons of amenities all the way down to an alarm clock. Every time I'm in the area I'm going to stay here! This is the nicest place I have stayed in my vacation so far. And completely affordable!

This little gem is located right off the highway just outside of downtown. The rooms were recently renovated and were very clean. The bed was really comfortable and we were able to get a good nights sleep. Price was reasonable as well and the staff were very friendly.

We have been staying at this location for many years when we come through.
They have remolded recently and they have done an awesome job!
The rooms were very clean, everything was new and the employees were very kind both night shift and morning shift!
The breakfast was good, a good selection to choose from.
We would highly recommend esp if you liked it before then you will love it now and we will definitely return!

For a budget hotel, this place is worth it. The staff is very accommodating and nice. The rooms are clean and taken care of. good choice. keep in mind certain room options on certain apps may not be available. Example this is a non smoking establishment. On the choice hotels app there is an option for smoking room. The room I chose was a single queen room and option not available. So keep that in mind. When I came in I was placed in a double room, and manny was very understanding and helpful to find me a single bed room. Good place over all.

Traveling through to CA, stayed a few years ago, and it has had a name and updated beds and flooring, it is a great place to rest, great rates, free Breakfast and the staff is SO nice! Definitely will stop again!

The people here were so nice. We stayed one night and I was comfortable with the bed. It was soft/hard. Excellent service.

Convenient spot off the highway, right near a decent restaurant. Manny on the front desk was a nice guy, very professional, and got me squared away on a last-minute booking. Great spot saved me a long night on the road.

Nice stay not sure why it has a 2.9 rating. Our room was spacious, clean, bed & pillows very comfortable it had a fridge, microwave & coffee maker. They also have an indoor pool & gym as well as good location easy hwy 40 access. Customer service was good as well. Was told they weren't serving breakfast only coffee at the moment due to renovations but will serve breakfast again soon. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice stay. What can I say. I even ventured into their fitness room.
Only problem--staff wasn't very helpful with the "auromatic" pancake machine which malfunctioned. We ended up at McDonald's for breakfast.

People were nice, very clean, activities (pool/ fitness room), and overall great experience.

Very friendly staff we didn't have reservations but the young man got us booked in for 3 days & on 1st floor. Rooms are clean & spacious great breakfast has pool & hot tub will enjoy later. Will stay again

I was hesitant to book a room at this hotel due to 2.9 rating. But the price was right. Reserved the room online as a member and was given a membership discount automatically. So we saved $30 on the room. That will buy a nice breakfast since the hotel only serves coffee and tea.

Hotel was recently remodeled. Our room was clean and the hotel staff was pleasant. The hotel is located close to I40. We will definitely stay here again.

They remodeled the inside and it is beautiful for an Econo Lodge. The only thing I didn't like is the bed was too firm for me. I had stayed here over 5 yrs ago and this place was falling apart. Looking through the pictures, they are all old photos of how it used to look. Now it is very modern looking. Everything in my room looked brand new, even the coffee maker looked like it had never been used.The room had a nicer than standard refrigerator and a microwave, all new! They even have Netflix on the TV. Was very surprised and the price was only $42 plus tax. The room I was in had vinyl wood-look floors, not carpet, which is great for pets. Fleas can be in rooms in carpet from past guests. I paid $10 for my dog. Motel 6 in Winslow wanted 40% more than I paid to stay at Econo Lodge

I was driving across country and had a panic attack and stopped here and they let me in and took such amazing care of me. Jamie was the first person in a while to ask me if I was ok. She asked my name when helping me with the TV and mentioned her parents were pastors and she'd pass my name along to them to pray for me. When she left my room, after resolving the tv problem she hugged me for what seemed like a lifetime and assured me everything would be ok. I can't thank this staff enough for helping me. Since I left this motel, I haven't felt a moment of anxiety. I just want Jamie to know that her prayers and hug for me meant the absolute world to me. I can't thank the staff here enough. I will never forget your care and understanding. Thank you so much.

The evening front desk lady was very nice great customer service! And my kids loved the pool and rooms were very clean! Affordable and they had adjoining rooms for my big family

For the price, it gets 5-stars. It was super convenient coming off the expressway. I was nervous the expressway nose plus the train tracks in back would wake us up, but we were exhausted from traveling and slept great. Breakfast included waffles, sausage links, bread for toast, sweet blueberry muffins, two kinds of cereal, and between 6-8 a.m. (when we were in there) there was plenty to eat.

Parking lot felt and hotel felt safe and we had no problems leaving our trailer parked while we visited nearby Meteor Crater. The desk staff at night and the following morning were courteous.

But really, great clean rooms ..!!
