100% experience from start to finish. The young lady at the customer service kiosk was very efficient and got me all set-up with my prepaid rental. I have Fast Break, so next time I can go straight to the lot. First time you need to check-in.
** Make sure you do a thorough walk-around and document any damage on the car with the paper and pencil they give you (picture of a car on it, you mark the damage areas with an "X") BEFORE leaving the garage. Take your time! They will photocopy it at the gate before you leave and have you sign it so everything is documented and you are not responsible.
** Leave the gas receipt with the keys in the car upon returning so you are not charged.
Don checked me out at the gate and was friendly and fast.
Just as good as Hertz for half the price.
Nissan Sentra got over 43MPG.

Very smooth check in and return at Las Vegas Budget car rental. Price was what Was quoted. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Great comfortable ride Vegas - Sedona - Phoe - Lake Havasu City - Vegas. I would use Budget again.

I rented a small SUV for business trip. It was clean and ready when I walked up and got in the car and checked out. Easy return also. Will rent again.

Pat was a sweetie - she asked me at the exit about the tank- that’s when I noticed the first time ever that I got a rental with an empty tank. She got the staff to pick up the car and get it filled before I left the parking lot. Not happy about
getting a car with an empty tank but happy she caught it for me

A lot of people complain, but my own experience was great. Arrived very late, a long line of people waiting at the counter, but it was staffed by 7 people so it all went very smoothly. Jewell helped me and she was super friendly, more patient than I would have ever been in the middle of the night. The process was quick, the right car was waiting for me in the lot, I left without a hiccup. I mean what more do people expect from a car rental service?

I arrived at Budget rent a car an hour early and the girl realized that I was a fast beak customer so she sent me to that area. I had a little bit of a wait but the nice gentleman who help me was very kind and actually upgraded me as my car that I reserved was not there or just not ready yet so he upgraded me to a beautiful Palisade which was a pleasure to drive. I wish I knew his name because he really was so kind and helpful.

Everyone's experience is different. For our trip we went to the counter after flight landed in Las Vegas and taking the transfer to car rental. Once there, waited about 20 minutes in line. Gentleman and I did small talk while he pulled up my prepaid rental. Asked if I was sure I wanted economy. Then BOOM! Did an upgrade for 10 bucks a day. Got a brand new (300 miles) Nissan. I chose the incidental insurance just because it was new. Dude was very helpful and cheerful. Coming back we dropped off which was quick. Got our email receipt and no additional charges noted. I don't rent cars often and reviews scare me. But all in all our experience was positive from start to finish.

My flight arrived late, so I also arrived a bit later than my appointed time at Budget. No problem! The professional staff worked hard to answer my questions and get me on the road ASAP. Richard Warden quickly checked me out of the rental car garage, and vacation was off to a good start. Highly recommend.

I will say the least that the rental counter wasn't as welcoming nor friendly to us. But the personnel out at the gate checking out like Patricia's and Cassandra's made my day. They showed us they cared about our experience. They took the time to explain, and we were able to get to our hotel quickly and safely. We 💕 are happy, Budget has these people's that care enough. And not at the rental counter. More training needs to be in place as a company. Please take this to ❤ heart.

My experience was amazing with Ms. Pat at the local Las Vegas Budget car rental service. She was amazing above and beyond. Nothing but great times with Miss Pat such a funny, outgoing attendant. She made our day so warm and welcoming

Today I went to recover a lost phone for a friend, I was expecting a 2 hour wait and an employee unwilling to help. To my surprise Audrey (I hope I am spelling it right) was very helpful and kind and within 10 minutes I was done with my task. I am taking the time to write this review because people like Audrey deserve to be praised for not only her efficiency but her kindness. I hope to see her one day at corporate level because she deserves it

Somehow while booking through Costco Travel my reservation did not include my Fastbreak number, but the woman at the counter at LAS did a great job and we were soon on our way.
Richard W. checked us out of the facility in a friendly, efficient manner, giving a few safety tips and wishing us well. He even noted a chip on the windshield that we had missed when we did our car inspection.
The car rental shuttle driver was also really helpful.

Overall a great experience. The car I was given initially ended up having an expired registration. Inconvenient but MUCH better for them to catch it before I left than finding out by being pulled over… Julio at the fast break counter not only got me into a new vehicle quickly but ran me down all the way across the lot when I forgot my license at the counter! Fantastic customer service and greatly appreciated!!

Definitely the right choice for a rental in Vegas, we were debating between Budget and Ace, after reading reviews of Ace I felt Budget was a better choice. I couldn't be any happier with my pick, got a low mileage 2023 Chevy Malibu LT. Car was clean, ran really good, had tons of options (thing almost drove itself lol) and the price was actually the same or a tad cheaper than Ace. Check in and out was all super easy. Had the car within 20 mins or less of reaching the rental car building. Shuttle ride was short and easy, and the shuttle drivers were all really cool. Best rental experience I've had. Definitely recommend.

Toyota Sienna hybrid with 3rd row seating. Very comfortable and roomy, super easy on gas, we got close to 40 mpg. The sales person at LAS was extremely helpful when picking up our rental, he didn't push anything on us that we didn't ask for. He even suggested the hybrid instead of prepaying our fuel. Car was very clean. Pick up only took about 30 minutes, not including the time we waited for the rental car shuttle, and the drop off process was even quicker and easier. We had absolutely no issues at all with the entire process.

Rented with Budget for my trip to Las Vegas and California. It was extremely easy to pick up my car as it was already ready to go. The car was great and gas mileage was even better. I had no problems whatsoever with the car and put many miles on the vehicle. It was reassuring to know I had a great dependable car for this trip. It was easy dropping off the car. I wish my flight home would’ve been as smooth as my budget car rental! Thanks.

My pick up was very fast which took about 10 min, there were 5 groups ahead of me though. There were 5-6 agents at the time! My return was even better, fast and friendly!

The rental process was easy and fast. The employees were very polite and knowledgeable. My flight was delayed to the next morning, Budget honored my reservation and made what was a dreadful delay, end on a good note. I recommend Budget anytime.

Rented a Tesla Model Y and it was a great experience. Rental agents were very nice and helpful. Car was clean and fully charged when i arrived. They even had someone do a full inspection of the car before I left to check for damages. Great idea to protect both parties involved.

Returning car was also painless as I pulled up and someone was there to check the car and log the return into the system. Overall, I was impressed with the experience and will rent from them again.

*Please note* You will need to provide full insurance information (full declaration page showing policy limits etc) before they will let you rent a Tesla. They also put a $1,000 dollar hold on your credit card for the duration of your rental

Online pre checking in was a great tool to cut time on the counter. Although car location of budget cars were further back than Avis, which meant more walk, but we were near the exit, so that eliminates the extra walk. The return was smooth and staff was friendly and fast in finalising my final invoice. Car choice was great, although would have preferred us brand cars. Its a great company.
