Alonso's Mexican Food

I got the carne asada quesadilla and it was probably one of the best quesadillas I have had. The meat was so good and the tortilla was cooked perfectly. The customer service is also awesome. The lady at the cash register today was the sweetest and very personable. Will definitely be coming back when I am in the area!

Alonso's is definitely the best place in Winslow, AZ, for Mexican food, hands down!!! The restaurant is located in a relatively large strip mall just off the I-40 on Park Dr. Be sure to bring a harty appetite because their portions are humongous. My personal favorite is the carne asada torta, but I must say that their burritos are epic as well. Enjoy and safe travels!!!

I stopped in for an egg and chorizo breakfast burrito. Very good breeder.

It never fails whenever I come into town and eat here the food is always amazing and the customer service is always great and you always get a lot of food for the price

Alonso’s was great! Although it’s definitely more fast food than a restaurant (set your expectations!) the service was really friendly and reasonably quick too. The portion/value was fab. This is a real HUNGER BUSTER!!

We had the carne asada fries. The fries weren’t crispy so after a few minutes they did go a little soggy. However, everything else was really tasty and the portion size was great value, the carne asada nachos might be a better choice. We also came another day and had birria tacos and a breakfast burrito. The tacos were really good and so was the burrito. The green sauce is amazing but the others a bit mediocre. Luckily we also had horchata which was perfect!
Will definitely be back for more :)

Good portion size, reasonable pricing, and authentic cuisine.

I got the Juevos Mexicana and it was very good. I had 3 meals from the portion that they served me. The staff was very nice as well. I plan on getting food from here before I leave Winslow.

Traveling across the country. First stop of the trip, and I found them near my hotel. Vegetarian burrito was awesome and huge! Prices were unbelievably cheap! A must stop for travelers!

My family stopped here on a road trip. The food was of excellent quality, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean. My husband enjoyed the asada torta, and my mix burrito was so good. We are looking forward to stopping here on future road trips.

If i could give the 6 stars i would! Recommended by the check in guy at the state park. Looks like a dive, best mexican food ever! Looking forward to going through Windslow soon!

Best place ever! Loads of food for amazing price. Their salsa bar is the best salsa bar too. And I love the staff, so friendly! Their breakfast burrito is so big you gotta hold it with two hands. Plate of nachos will easily feed two people.

Food is amazing, the staff are really friendly and worked with us regarding food allergies.

Alonso's is a favorite place of mine to eat. This Mexican restaurant is authentic and delicious. I've never been disappointed and this visit was no exception. The menu item's are reasonably priced and they know what they're doing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
