It’s been 4 years now having a Mt Vernon pellet stove. It’s a worth while $ saving investment plus cozy heat. I order 2-3 pallets of pellets / delivered from Lowe’s .
Have it cleaned by wizards fantastic employees who are knowledgeable/ experienced and helpful.

Wizard Hearth and Home just installed an Excusion III propane insert into a preexisting fireplace located in Pinetop AZ. Their installers were professioal and competent. I definitely recommend Wizard for your fireplace or stove needs.

We had an old QuadraFire pellet stove and it was serviced by one business we became disenchanted with and one handyman who we thought would work out but failed to show up on scheduled appointments. It has been our experience that work seems to be an option to some here in Pinetop. We eventually visited Wizard's Hearth and Home in Show Low and what a remarkable difference. It was in our best interest to purchase a new QuadraFire pellet stove from them and this business was outstanding to deal with from the purchase to the installation. The Office staff is courteous as was their installers. The installation was a clean one and the men efficiently cleaned up everything after the installation. Doing business with this company was a pleasure and one we would highly recommend to anyone. They are the BEST!!!!

Had a blower motor go out on my pellet stove. I did the diagnostic and called them up and asked for price and availability of the blower. Polite and professional from start to finish even though they were short staffed due to sicknesses. Part was ordered and called to schedule the service was the part came in. Technicians were also polite and professional. Quality service.

Mr. Trubee serviced our pellet stove and our wood. He did a very thorough job and is respectful and kind. We appreciate his knowledge and hard work and the off season discount.

Great service from Wizard's. Our QuadraFire pellet stove was showing an ignition error. The tech, Truby(sp?) showed up on time with the correct parts and was able to fix the problem quickly. He was very pleasant and neat about the work, even took time to make a couple of small adjustments to the side door panels. I definitely recommend Wizard's.

We called Jack for an inspection of the integrity of our wood stove piping system and stove. It reveled we needed to replace our stove and piping system. Jack did not charge us for the inspection. We received a prompt estimate. Jack installed with new stove and piping. It came out great! The entire experience with Jack and his team was professional and prompt. Would highly recommend.

Jim was here today for a chimney sweep and inspection on our Quadrafire 1200 to prepare for the season. He arrived early, very professional, very knowledgeable. He explains everything. Nice clean up afterwards. We enjoyed his hat too!

Many thanks to the awesome technician Jim who quickly fixed our 1000 series Quadra Fire and educated my wife and I on upkeep and maintenance to prolong it’s life. I have had wizards come several times and I’m always thrilled if I can get Jim Robinson. He’s knowledgeable. He understands my stove and teaches me about it every single time. After all when we learn about our purchase isn’t that what great customer service is all about?.

Had my fireplace cleaned today by Wizard. The gentleman who cleaned it did a great job. I think it's the best my fireplace has ever been cleaned. I'm very pleased.
