I have had several tai chi teachers over the years and Lyne is exceptional in the care she takes to prepare a firm foundation for her students. Her multiple streams of knowledge come together to create a teaching that seems both very authentic and very relevant. Highly recommended.

Five stars just isn’t enough. These classes are wonderful for anyone that wants to learn new skills, increase strength and flexibility, improve health, and reduce stress. I have been taking classes with Lyne for several months. She is skillful and full of kindness and patience.
