KC Motel

Great place with a great manager. Very clean and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. The room was cozy but had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Everything worked as expected and they even threw out a few breakfast items to fuel up before getting back on the road. I hope to be able to stay here again.

I booked a 2 star hotel and was very pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the room to be so much better than I anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable beds. Newer linen, fresh paint and floors. Rooms come with large flat screen t.v., microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and blow dryer. Front desk person is friendly and helpful.

Hands down the best motel in this area. The owners are very friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The rooms are immaculate. Perfect place to stay if you’re traveling.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness esp. That's saying a lot because I used to have the contract to clean all of the "Bison" places/cabins. So I know the struggle on the mountain for good help! Rooms are freshly painted. We got a king bed and the room is a great size. Also a huge plus is the refrigerator! It's not the standard tiny hotel one. Service was exceptional as well. We got here early (1 o'clock) and had no problems.

Really charming motel to stay when in area, wish all motels were this nice and pay attention to little details - super clean, mostly new or kept well - just a good feel in general; the owners care 👍 Well worth it!

KC motel is a great place to stay. The management/owners are very kind and they go out of their way to help me. KC is the cleanest motel I have ever been to. I highly recommend this motel.

We stayed here after a long day on the road. Even though it was 4am when we arrived, the clerk was super nice and helpful. The motel is a little old but it was very well maintained and very clean. I would stay here again with no issues. Excellent value.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice place!

Watch out for those nasty potholes on 260 between Show Low and Payson. We got a flat tire and a tow into show low late on a Monday night. The staff at KC were really great and got us a nice quiet room in the back. After I put the spare tire on in the car in the morning the staff came over to talk to me, again super nice and helpful. They even offered us a late checkout just in case getting a new tire took a long time. The new tire took a really long time so we needed that late checkout.

Really great family owned business. Clean, quiet, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. Rooms have a microwave and fridge, and everything worked perfectly. You can tell they take pride in giving their guests a great experience. I travel year round for work and stay at a lot of hotels, this is one of the best. I will definitely be booking here in the near future.

While it's clearly not a 5-Star hotel it is worthy of stars. Exceptionally clean and neat room. Check-in was easy and the host is great. For the price and the location, it's a no-brainer! If I were to make one suggestion it would be, better pillows. But they are not terrible, just not as comfortable as the bed is.

I think this is a great little hotel! Clean, nice rooms with all the needed amenities (nice fridge, microwave, etc), nice staff, modest but decent breakfast, safe parking, good location in town and all at a very reasonable rate!
If you want something more along the lines of a Radisson (almost as nice) but want the bill to be more like a Motel-6 (it costs a little more), this place is absolutely the best bang for your buck compared to every other overnight option in this part of AZ. This hotel does not disappoint.....

I’ve been to probably over 100+ motels throughout the years and I can confidently say this is the best one I have stayed at. The most friendly staff and so helpful and kind. The rooms are nothing to brag about but the people make it worth wild. I must admit the beds were super clean. The furniture was very dated as you’d expect for the price but the hospitality completely trumps that. I highly recommend this motel to anyone trying to travel and trying to save some money. I almost wish I can stay an extra night because of how “homey” it feels there is a reason this motel has such high ratings on google and hotels.com, don’t miss this gem.

The place was easy to find. Many reviews have mentioned how small the rooms are. Yes, they are small, however, it was perfect for what I needed it for. Only stayed one night and for the price I think it was worth it. The lights however could be dimmed just a little bit. They were very bright. There are plenty of outlets to meet your every need (laptop, phone, etc). The room was very clean. There are also plenty of restaurants near by and shopping stores for last minute purchases.

I had a very enjoyable experience. The manager/owner was friendly and helpful. I believe he works hard to keep the motel a pleasant place to stay. It has all the amenities of a large franchise hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and did not worry about bed bugs.The Hospitality Room was nice and a good place to have breakfast. If in Show Low, I recommend you stay at the KC.

Customer service was great, room was spacious and smelled clean, ac blew ice cold air, bed was extremely comfortable, towels were white, clean and looked fairly new. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable! Continental breakfast was served and was a nice surprise!

Very clean, nice staff, many wall outlets and with usb spots, light up tv remotes, really appreciate the refrigerator and microwave considering we have a toddler with us, cute little breakfast room with toddler friendly stuff. The heater works too good haha. Also this is the first motel I've been too our feet dont turn black from the floor! Very impressed with the cleanliness of this place!

Very clean hotel! A little older but well worth the money! I loved the pillow so much the owner gave it to me as a Christmas present! What a wonderful place to stay in Show Low

Booked a last minute stay, and I could not be more impressed. The rooms were cute and very clean, the beds were supportive and comfortable, the free breakfast was great, and the staff was courteous and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.
