Walked onto the lot without an appointment. The owner personally helped us and we walked out of there 2 hours later the unofficial owners of a vehicle. The process was smooth and fast. 2 days later we officially owned the vehicle we wanted. Because of my work schedule it was even worked out so I could pick it up after hours.
We felt seen, heard, and respected from the moment we walked on the lot. I feel that they were honest and worked hard to make things happen for us all the while keeping within the budget parameters. We never felt pressured. It was a great experience and we will be purchasing our next vehicle here.

Abe and Louie are two of the nicest people my husband and I have ever met. We bought our first truck in May of 2017. There was no pressure like you experience at most dealerships. These gentlemen make you feel at home. They are super knowledgeable about each and every vehicle in their lot. When you find the perfect fit they take their time and put 150% effort in getting you the best loan and lowest APR based on individuals credit. We were so pleased with our experience that when looking to add another vehicle this was once again our first and only stop. Again 5 Star treatment and service. I have purchased 2 cars over the last 6 or 7 months from here. The first car was a 2011 with 72,000 miles. I was able to work a deal I was happy with and it has been a great car so far. The second was a 2007 with 141,000 miles on it. I again made a deal I was happy with, which included fixing a defect that came up while I was test driving. A second issue came up within 2 or 3 days of driving off the lot. They have spent considerable time and money fixing these issues. My wife an I are happy that we had made the purchase here. I realize that every deal will not always work out for the buyer or the seller every time, but they have definitely proven to me that they stand behind what they have sold.

Usually when you go to a used car dealership you hear horror stories. I started looking online for a truck and saw one I really liked. First call I made, I spoke to the owner, and immediately got a good vibe from him, and hey, that's not easy, first thing in the morning before your first cup of coffee isn't even finished! Awesome personality, always got right back to me on any questions I had. Spoke a few days before I was able to get there, and I must say, I was never so eager to meet the owner and his staff, I thought, if my experience was as good on the phone as it is in person, then this dealership would be the only one I would ever use. Went into dealership with little hope of getting a loan for a car because of my credit. They went above and beyond to make sure I was approved. Excellent customer service and friendly people. I highly recommend them. Will definitely be returning for my next vehicle.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from the first phone conversation with abe to when i first met abe and his crew when i drove from nh to look at this 2016 (white)GMC Canyon, not only did they fix the few small cosmetic items i asked them too, much to my surprise when i went to pick it up they had installed new wipers on it and did a complete brake job all the way around with new rotors and pads, that away to take care of your customers boys, all of you , yard man, finance director, abe himself, and i believe it was abes uncle who i had a blast with when i went and picked up the truck. I have never had so much fun in my life negotiating on a vehicle. Its been a few months now and everything is going fine so far. We will be back again abe, im also glad my 14 year old son was able to witness this buying experience showing him that there are still some good people left in this world. A great positive experience.

I bought 3 cars from here and everytime had a great experience. I have purchased 7 cars in my life and the 4 I got from larger dealerships either screwed me or was a process. I never will even bother stopping by another dealership. No pressure, honest and helpful service.
