Oregon Kratom

It can be tough finding a Kratom supplier that delivers a quality product and a customer service team that stand behind that product. Oregon Kratom is awesome! Great Kratom at a good price point😁 They ship super fast and customer service is quick to respond and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I've gone through 4 or 5 different suppliers and some have a great price but quality is lacking, some have quality but price is outrageous and no one but Oregon Kratom has balanced all aspects of what makes me want to buy again.

I’ve dealt with many kratom companies and none of them had ever compared to Oregon Kratom. They have the fairest prices and their customer service is on point! Their product is very good but I’ve had several bad customer service instances, which include bad shipping experiences that I’ve never experienced with anyone in a similar field. I don’t know if it has been just my experience but it is enough for me to not do business with them anymore.

Not sure what's changed in the last 6 months, but this site seems nothing more than a scam. Took $100 a month ago and never sent product. Will not respond to my emails. Was never like this before. Ownership must have changed hands or something. The last 3 years this was THE PLACE FOR KRATOM. No where else was considered. Now, it's just another scam site. Use functional solutions. Way better price, quality and customer service.

Used to be a good company, but has recently gone way downhill. Customer service is horrible with a seemingly severe lack of care. My orders were messed up and shipped out late. Will not purchase from here again. Horrible.

This company should be out of business! My wife ordered a batch awhile ago she got the split k. I tried it the day it came, we only live miles away, and it was awful, I could see the dye packs to color their kratom with, and I believe it had extract mixed in it! I told my wife to contact them, she called and emailed,which we still can prove and they never even contacted us within their time span to even try to help us! I am disabled and they should change their name because Oregonians don't treat each other like that!

I looked up website and they stated open until 3PM
So my husband and I drove an hour and a 1/2 1 away and it was a red farmhouse with chickens all over the place. So then I tried to call no answer no response but we went ahead and put an order through the website, the very next day the was taken out the account and I waited and waited and waited emailed when was it coming no response. They have my money I'm going 10 days and others tried to call voicemails were full so I texted no response, so we did a reverse on your checking account and went to Portland for medical needs .

Blocked me from their site with no explanation. I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Went back to buying from Gaia and I would recommend anyone do the same.

This guy posts that he was ripped off like it is an excuse for him to then rip off others. Hasn’t answered the phone for 4 months. Use Natures Home Remedy for better prices, product and customer service.

Zachary Linzmeier stole $862.32 from our company and sent us a bad check. Swore at us and hung up after we called him about it. BEWARE DISHONEST COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU

Scam. Has not sent out order in over a month and can not find anybody to contact.

Poor quality kratom, awful customer service. Tried contacting them multiple times and got no response.
