Had some time to kill before dinner with my family, and we decided to go shopping. Ended up buying a pair of shoes and to my surprise there was no sales tax! Then, we stopped by the food court for a snack and saw a boat pull up doing scenic tours and serving adult beverages!

Visited this small mall recently and it's a mixed bag of experiences! With a few luxury brands, it strikes a balance between moderate pricing and deals. The ongoing construction, though, made access a bit wonky, but once you navigate that, it's a bustling spot, especially popular with teenagers.

The cleanliness is commendable, and the outdoor fountain adds a serene touch, making it a perfect spot for a water tour or unwinding after a hectic day. Bonus points for being pet-friendly - it's heartening to see people bring their furry friends without any issues. Security presence is notable, creating a safe and comfortable shopping atmosphere.

On the downside, the mall could improve inclusivity by adding plus-size-friendly shops. However, the variety of stores is impressive, ranging from jewelry and electronics to clothes and mini pop-up shops. The infamous Apple store is a tech-lover's haven, and the small Gamestop offers fantastic deals, especially for Pokemon cards.

The ongoing upgrades in the food area promise a more diverse culinary experience, even though the fast-food scene has seen some comings and goings. The addition of a new entryway, providing more space for shops, is a welcome change, adding to the overall appeal.

Special mention to Newbury Comics - a great niche store that stands out among the diverse retail options. Despite a few limitations, this mall offers a well-rounded shopping experience with something for everyone.

Love the mall. Clean and welcoming. Had the opportunity of also going on a boat cruise 🚢, exploring Boston and Cambridge. Would love to visit again.

Great place to hangaround with friends and also to shop if you find some sales going around.

Generally its an expensive place with big brand names doing business here. But some sales are awsome and they really add alot of savings for you. Just visit and see around if you find some good sales.

Food court is awsome place to be in before leaving. they stay open a little while more than the rest of the shops, so you can get a quick food even after they have closed it.

Look for Thai-Food stall, they sell things really cheap at the end of the day.

Went to the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, what a hoot. Really going down the rabbit hole, but what fun. Never saw the queen, but the rest of the actors were great. the gin was pretty powerful, stage was well designed and eccentric.

Great mall to meet with friends or family, has all the stores in one place makes so easy to shop. Nice food court a lot of options to choose from. The sushi is amazing always made fresh. Recommend this place Dough Life i enjoyed the chocolate chip dough.

Come here most days before work. Great to grab a quick bite and do some shopping! The CVS there is well stocked.

Awesome 3 story mall, many stores to choose from a few of my favorite include Armani Exchange, TJ Maxx, Guess, Express and others. Great food court with good choices. Loved the Chrismas decorations this year.

Good place to spend time with friends and couples. Lots of shopping stores including apple store, AT&T,T Mobile, Sephora, StarBucks Coffee, panda express, burger king, Dunkin, Chipotle Mexican Grill etc. And also it has stores like H&M.

Under construction but still has all the main stores open, great in the summer - great in the winter when you don’t want to be outside - located in Charles river

My favorite mall in Boston, hope they will not closed it. TJ Maxx here the best one amongst nation

This beautiful place is perfectly situated near museum of science and duck tour.
Provides a needed breather in a hectic day with it's amazing view and amazing food options.
Tried Thai food and subway. Totally worth it

It’s midsize kind of a mall in Cambridge side of Charles river, Boston, MA. Clean and elegant building with free parking garage and world class shopping outlets

We stumbled upon this mall while in Boston for date night. It was a quick trip, but seemed enjoyable and efficient enough to want to go back. I ended up leaving with a box of woopsi macarons!

Very clean and sophisticated look, 3 floors of "buy it all" and great options in the food court section. Cheesecake Factory is located at the main entrance :) yum

Special price: great selection of hand soaps and all are on sale for a limited time. 👍

Very nice mall to find everything you want. Apple, Hollister and Macy's among others. Usually busy on weekends and rainy days.

A lot of options at their food court if you want to grab something to eat. Highly recommend the Thai restaurant. I love their combos!

Far and away the best coffee rolls I have ever tasted in my search for the best. Size, doughy-ness, glaze proportion. This is the one. Thx C-Side Dunks. You are that Dunks among Dunks, in a sea of mediocre Dunks. I will look no more.
Not to mention, service is always prompt and made to order correctly- every time. Much of this owes to the fact that it's adequately staffed, so no one is rushing. They just aim a little higher. Total professionals that always impress.
