They did an excellent job on sound/vibration insulation for my campervan, and helped me finish up the electrical for a DCDC battery charger for a leisure battery.

Everyone was extremely nice but Vin is the one who directly helped me. I wanted to upgrade my stereo and sound system in my 2015 Nissan, I thought just replacing the speakers would be good enough. Vin informed me that most likely I would not hear what I wanted to archive. But he said I could think about the complete replacement and was not pushy at all. I really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge and came back less then a week later to finish the job. I purchased a cheap amp on Amazon and Vin agreed to install it, but again Vin advised me most likely I would not be happy! He was right and I realize you get what you pay for. I am so glad I returned the Amazon amp and have everything Alpine purchased here in my SUV. I Could not have hoped for a better Soundsystem! It is way louder then I expected or wanted, but it sounds amazing and I am very happy. Thank you

If you go anywhere else to install car audio/electronics you are wasting time and money. The team here is very knowledgeable, supply of radios/audio and equipment was never ending. Might be a couple dollars more than Best Buy on installation but they do it right here and make sure you are happy with your product. I’ve had friends and family come here, always get A+ service and have never had a problem.. Come here for service and you will not be disappointed!

Got remote start installed a few months ago, was told it would be a few hours but it was done in an hour and half which was even better! It’s been months and it’s working great. Also, to the person who installed it (sorry didnt grab the name) Thank you soooo much!

This is was the fourth upgrade I’ve done at this facility and they NEVER Disappoint. Tim was my salesperson; he was knowledgeable, attentive, provided a thorough evaluation of my needs, suggested 3 options and allowed me to make an informed decision. The installation was perfect as I have experienced in the past. I’m more than slightly fanatical about the condition of my car and aside from a sparkling new head unit I would never have been able to tell work had been done in my car. I would. without reservation recommend this business if you’re looking for knowledgeable staff and exemplary work. As I was becoming acquainted with my new technology I accidentally erased the tune that the installation tech had done for me. I contacted Tim and he went above and beyond by suggesting I come back so he could assist/ educate me while a retune was done. I’ll be back tomorrow to add an amplifier and I have no doubt that I will be equally satisfied with this installation.

Great experience . Dropped car off on a Monday night, and picked it up Tuesday after work (they close at 6pm) with new remote start and radio installed . They even showed me how to use everything and made sure I didn't have any additional questions . Great service, pleasure to do business with!! Very clear and fair pricing as well. Excellent store all around, will definitely return for future work!!

Amazing experience. They were able to help me get a new sound system for my car. Very knowledgeable about what I would need and gave me installation tips and “gotchas”. Definitely going to recommend them and will be back the next time I need a new car stereo.

Great experience. Employees are awesome. They installed a remote starter for my brother 4 years ago and it is still working. I brought the car for them to check on an electrical issue that I had. They could solve it and therefore they were fair by only charging me for diagnosis.

Very good customer service. Installed a remote starter in my car and the price was less than they initially quoted. Needless to say I was pumped. Quoted 3 hours to get the job done, but had it done in 1.5. They also provided a nice little tutorial on how to use the product. ☆☆☆☆☆ service.

Came here because my jeep fob battery was going low. Fantastic customer service, friendly and personable. It was on 10$ to change battery. He showed me how to change battery and what to do in the event that my car wont start because of dead battery in fob. Definitely recommend this place and I will he returning for any services they provide

I would give them 10 stars if possible. The best ever experience ever. Other companies could not fix my car alarm. These tech were so professional and fixed it as good as new. Very courteous, polite and extremely professional. Never fear using this company. I totally suggest you use then for all your needs. Best Ever!

Highly recommend these guys. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Brought my Jeep in for an upgrade to the system. After some basic questions about what I am looking to do, they had a new set up for me in no time. While I was looking to schedule the install, they asked if I wanted it done right there on the spot on a Friday. I said yes and about an hour later, I am rolling with a new system that sounds great! Def will be going back for an alarm and such. Check them out as worth a look.
