QUICKSERV Allstate Process Servers

I work for a law firm in Boston and QUICKSERV did such speedy job! I called on a Friday afternoon, was able to email the deposition notice, and it was in the mail on Monday morning. (Much faster than I thought it would be done). I spoke to David on the phone when I called and very polite, friendly, and answered my questions. Will definitely use again!

Update: The past two months I've sent several summons to Quickserv and they are my new go to process server. Seriously working with them is a breeze! Their response time is the best I've seen.

Quickserv Allstate did an amazing personal service. They were very quick with our service. I sent our documents over on Wednesday and on Monday I received our original proof of service and we are in California (San Diego). I highly recommend them.

Terrible service. I was asked and I answered multiple questions about the service (seemed reasonable) but then was immediately TOLD to go to their website and make a direct payment to them before I could even ask any questions myself. After being directed to make a payment, I asked my first question e.g, "What happens after you attempt service?". Once I asked my very first question I was immediately told, "I have to hang up now," and the server simple hung up the phone and disconnected our call... period... that was it... very rude, obnoxious, and very very very suspicious.
