This is genuinely the best gym on the mountain in my opinion! Located in the heart of show low next to all our major shopping.
The staff is phenomenal the equipment is cleaned not only by ones self after use, but is continually cleaned by staff throughout the day multiple times!
There is so many different options for working out and enjoying yourself from every type of machine, pool/spa, multiple types of classes even a racket ball court and personal trainers who are as sweet as apple pie!
They have an eatery when you walk in that have some of the biggest and best salads I’ve found on the mountain and the women serving them are awesome to stop and converse with while you’re eating!
I’ve been to most the gyms on this mountain and not one of them compares to this one!

The only thing I’ve yet to find at any gym here that would be ideal for gym junkie mommy’s and daddy’s is a care facility where you can pay to have your child close to you while you work out and not have to leave them with others while you do!!

If you’re looking for a well rounded gym this is 100% the best one on the mountain!!!

I absolutely love being a member of Body Works. I have been a member of one other local gym in the past, and belong to a gym in the Phoenix area. Body Works is by far my favorite place to work out. The classes offered are exceptional. Lots of choices and taught by highly motivating, knowledgeable instructors. The gym manager Georgina is a Great asset to Body Works. She pays attention to detail, and is passionate on making this the best place to work out. I have seen lots of improvements in such a short time under her leadership. As a seasonal member, I can honestly say this gym beats my valley gym! Can’t wait to join again in 2023. Thanks Body Works, you are the BEST!

I have been going to this gym for over 6- 10 years now!! I just love it!! I take the classes with the 2 Deborah's, one does Silver Sneakers and the other one does step aerobics!! I also have 2 other instructors that I take their classes from, Ian Padilla and Julie, if you want a good, tough, fantastic work out try out these instructor's, they have a great pool too!!

My first full summer in the White Mountains and I am so happy to have found this gym. Group Exercise Classes are the reason I join a fitness club and there are an abundance of classes offered at Bodyworks during the summer. Every class I have taken was very good, but I especially like the Yogacize. My balance and strength have improved significantly in four months, as well as my inner peace. The instructors and staff are very pleasant and the facility has everything you could ever want in your fitness regime. And the rates are reasonable so I will be a regular for many years to come.

The guy at the desk was friendly, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi IS WORKING!! New shower curtains! Fantastic experience, made my day.

Basic gym equipment, decent staff however management doesn't seem to care about maintaining the equipment or at least trimming the weeds out front. Seems like they have too much going on to pay attention, then again small town not much competition, what can you say?

I love the staff and the owner. They are always friendly, helpful and happy to assist with anyone's needs in the gym. I would not workout anywhere else on the Mountain!

This is the best facility in Show Low for me because it has all the features of a top health club plus racquetball!

This gym is fantastic. The staff is great, the pool and equipment are well taken care of. You can tell that management is on the ball.

The hours are ferry convenient. There have been a few Sundays that they have been open late and I really appreciate that.
