I would highly recommend Mike to all of my friends and family. I initially hired him to recaulk my windows, and have since brought him back for multiple projects. While the quality of his work is top notch, the reason I keep bringing him back is because he and I have built a strong level of mutual trust. Whenever Mike is engaged in a project for me, he is in regular communication, letting me know immediately if anything has changed from our initial conversation, and sending me pictures of progress when I am not around to see it in person. Between the quality of craftsmanship and the way he speaks about the project, it is easy to see how much pride he has in his work. Perhaps most importantly, I have never felt like I am being nickel and dimed for every little thing, as Mike has regularly gone the extra mile to provide top level service. With Mike, you can be confident you will receive high quality work and a painless experience.

We hired Mike to paint our aging decks and a couple bump outs on our condo building. He was a very consistent communicator and kept me up to date whenever weather got in the way of he and his crew working - and there was a lot of weather to contend with. They did solid work and were a pleasure to do business with.

Mike was an awesome guy to work with. Responsive, very customer oriented, offered to do touch ups after the job was done. Gave us recommendations. Focused on the work. Thanks mike! We highly recommend him!

Mike is a hard worker ..skilled worker

Michael Grogan rebuilt our back deck, columns, and railings, which had a lot of water damage. This was not an easy job, since we had many architectural details that we wanted replicated. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent! The final product looks fantastic and many people have commented on the quality of the finished product. The only reason this is not a five star review is he estimated 10-12 days and it took 10 weeks to complete. Part of the reason for the length of time was due to more rot then expected. The other reason is that he was on his own with no help. I will continue to hire him again if he gets more help and can deliver the same level of results on time.

Our rental property needed a few rooms painted as well as some wallpaper taken down and a new ceiling. I called around to get estimates and Micheal was very accommodating and met with us on our schedule. We initially wanted 2 rooms and a bathroom painted and he was quick to come out and give us an estimate. The estimate we got was very reasonable. After the 1st job was done we asked him to give us a price for a new ceiling, wallpaper removal and to paint 2 bedrooms. Again the estimate was reasonable. Throughout the whole process he was in contact with me via text letting me know what he did that day and would even send update pictures.I LOVED that, because as we all know when you hire a contractor, one day they show up then you never know when you'll see them again. So having a constant open communication w/ Micheal is a wonderful selling point. The pride he takes in his paint jobs also shines through his work. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Micheal and his wife Lisa. I highly recommend having him do any work you may need around your house, esp painting.
